Nothing to improve! The person I dealt with at Rightspace was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The truck was in great shape. The website said this truck size would work, and it was EXACTLY enough space, so we only needed to do one trip.

This entire process was way below any of my previous experiences. 1) the dolly I ordered was not available. Not only did they not mention this but they just gave us a small one that we were unable to use for our move of extremely large furniture and had to borrow a large dolly from a third party. 2) the lock was left on the back of the truck without giving us a key. We arrived, with our two hourly movers to our move locations, approx. 15 miles away and were unable to commence our move. We tried multiple times to call the office yet there was no answer and her response was that we didn't leave a voice mail. We then called a closer office to our move location and they told us to cut off the lock. We then had to drive to a hardware store, purchase a lock cutter and cut it off. It costs us a total of 85.00 additional dollars due to the movers on the clock and the lock cutter. We then finally got a hold of her and she said she would reimburse us for everything and we would not be charged yet a manager then quickly called us to say that was incorrect. The incompetence on all sides was stellar. We would like to not be responsible for any costs associated with your services as our out of pockets costs far exceeded our expectations solely due to your company's lack of attention to detail, follow through and inconsistent follow up. We are thoroughly disappointed in your service and hope that you can rectify this for us and make us think highly of your company. Thank you.

Although this location is very convienent, clean, and the employee friendly, this location does not offer furniture dollys for rent. When we needed one, we had to go to another location to rent one. That is NOT convenient. I'd rather go to a further location where I can rent everything at once instead. Furthermore, we got entirely across town before realizing that the employee had never removed the green padlock from the truck. We had to return to get the padlock unlocked and removed before we could start our move. Although we were given a second day for free which was highly appreciated, this never should have happened. I've never seen that happen at any other U-Haul location ever. I would recommend this location only to people who do not need to do actual moves but just store boxes and similar stuff.

Truck interior was severely damaged, Air conditioning did not work. Reserved a utility dolly, was given an appliance dolly which did not suit the work requirement and made moving far more difficult.

I filled the gas to the level when I got the van...but the rep said it was low and tried to charge me...it just seemed like he was trying to take advantage of me. I don't plan to ever use uHaul again...horrible customer service. the woman who took my reservation at your 1 800 line did a wonderful job...but the end result was unacceptable.
