I was told something different for prices and fees 3 times. They never explained the truck or let me check before using. The gave me keys and walked away. I asked how I returned they said they would be there. On a sunday? And I called 2 hours before at 3pm noone would answer phone. Then 4 days later fees pulled from account and no bill sent. So I found out when my card was declined elsewhere

I was originally supposed to pick this truck up from another location but it was not returned in time. A phone call would have saved me some time and gas running around to pick it up at a different location.

Although a van wasn't available that I reserved a week prior they only had a pickup truck to offer literally 15 minutes before my pickup time. It rained some that day so my possessions got wet. Also isn't there a uhaul $50 money back guarantee that is owed where if you do not have the vehicle i requested for moving it'll be applied to my account ? I have yet to see it, thank you

Pick up and drop off were extremely fast. The car I transported leaked some fluids, and made a mess on the trailer. When I dropped off the trailer I spoke to the manager Adam who was very understanding. I will absolutely go to this location in the future. Very positive experience.

i wish that the price was better adjusted for in town personal needs. it just seems a little too much for in town.

The pickup and drop off was supposed to be contact-less. I thought I would be able to do everything with my phone. But it wasn't. The app login didn't allow me to select the option to pick the truck up, according to the emailed directions. And I had to go in the store and wait in line each time. It was no big deal, but I chose the contact-less option, and it wasn't a real option apparently.

Website needs to reflect correct pricing on open 5x8 trailer states $18.95 then you get there and it's a 5x9 with a ramp and it's 24.95.

we left our keys in the truck that we turned in, we went back to the location within 2 hours but it had already been rented, the girl behind the counter just stated if there were keys in the truck they would've found them. I guess they aren't even cleaning for covid since they didn't find our keys!!!

I reserved a truck online on the East side of town. I can only imagine that your online system is unaware of local inventory as my reservation was canceled less than 12 hours prior to me picking up the vehicle. Reason - no 26' trucks. I had to drive 14 miles to the west side of town to pick up a 20' truck. I started 5 hours later, I lost 2 helpers and had to make additional trips, plus I had to put on 20 miles more than what I'd planned. All this without any discount whatsoever!

I have never been as disappointed during a move as this past experience. First and foremost, I was never provided with the 20' truck that I reserved for my move. Given that I scheduled moving help to arrive later that afternoon, I could not push back my schedule and was forced to fit everything in a 15' truck. This was no easy task to say the least, and I was heavily inconvenienced by this fact. Secondly, they did not provide the dollies I also reserved forcing me to return to pick these up. They had no viable excuse for this lack of attention and for not having the truck that was supposedly "guaranteed" to me, and yet they offered nothing to make up for this very negative experience. I will not be using uhaul for any future moves, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
