The staff was extremely kind, helpful and fast! They were also a great advocates for customer support by taking care of a previous issue that I had on a previous trailer rental that was not even through them! Great people!!!!

The young lady, Bella was so kind and a pleasure to interact with. She was very helpful in taking care of my needs. I cannot say the same about the corporate office here in Tucson. I had called because i recieved a notice my reservation could not be honored at the location i had booked it. The notice said if i wanted to pick up the truck at the oracle office to call her back. I chose to reserve another truck online at a closer location. The man at the Prince location was not friendly or helpful. I called the corp office and the guy on the phone was rude and had a terrible attitude. He even hung up on me. So i went to the oracle location to see if i could get some assistance there. The young man was nice and helpful and he sent me to the Shell on St. Marys. It took me several calls, two online reservations that i made and a visit to three different sites to get my truck rental.

We tried to call in the morning twice during business hours and no one answered the phone. We had to go in to location to find out if we could get a van early.

As a first time user it would have been helpful to have it explained to me how the process works. Every pick-up point should have the customer sign that the gas gauge needle is where the attendant says and told, without asking, how large the gas tank is to know how many gallons to add. It would be easy to figure out the exact mileage of a trip and how many gallons to add. A gas receipt should be all that's needed. Better yet, why not have the tank full and have customer return it full? Also, it says in truck bed to fold any blankets. Do some pick-up points offer the use of moving blankets?

Provide the rental equipment. I was charged for an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly that I never received in the first place.

Make sure the back of the Uhaul is swept out. I had to do so before putting the mattresses and box springs in.

I clicked that the van was clean when I picked it up but it was actually very dirty in the cab. I used a few wipes I had to do a minor cleanup but it was still kind of gross to the touch.

We were charged a way higher price than our quote, the guy who helped us was rude and insulting, and we had to clean and temporarily secure the bed lining in order to use the truck. As far as charges we have no problem with the extra costs such as insurance and millage, only that we were over charged or quoted price for the truck. That employee needs a reprimand, however.

Tire pressure was very low. Trailer was dirty and had trash from previous renter in it.

It took to long to get the paperwork accomplished and get on the road with the trailer. The primary problem was the computer would not allow the choice to not purchase insurance. The attendant backed it out several times and had to credit my credit card. But still I was charged $40 for insurance that I did not need/want. I would like to be credited for that amount

Equipment dirty but functional. Office printer not working, so no paper copy of contract provided. No explanation of how to load vehicle onto auto transport. Friendly and helpful service at drop-off.
