Although the CHEVRON/UHAUL operator on duty was respectful and cheerful, she appeared to lack a complete understanding of the computer processing for the Uhaul rental. During the information exchange, she was unable to discern the information present on my Washington DL, and in fact, during the processing, my DL inexplicably disappeared and I did not discover same until I had returned to my Wa. home and turned the rental unit in. Calling the Tuscon outlet, it was immediately acknowledged that "she" had my Wa DL and "couldn't decide what to do with it " . We agreed that she would promptly mail said DL to me. We shall see.

Was sent to this location when Ina Rd did not have my truck as reserved. Terrible truck, rep no knowledgable, forgot my furniture pads, truck ran poorly. Called Ina Rd & thankfully they swapped me out for a new, low mileage truck, had my pads ready & gave me an additional day due to the snafu. NEVER send anyone to the Magee location. Ina Rd was GREAT!!! Good reps and customer service.

The tenant at this gas station was completely incompetent and rude on our arrival. The only silver lining of this entire was having pleasure of speaking to Elizabeth (the manager) who was speedy and corrected everything for us in a respectful manner. Thank you, Elizabeth!

The owner could not do her job. It took her 7 tries entering my information before she finally gave up and just did it all wrong. I ended up having to call customer service to change everything. At least she showed up for work unlike the employees at the Ina location who still weren’t open at 9:45 AM.

Make sure the staff can speak English, and understand what the gas gauge is in the vehicle. Also make sure they know how to check out and perform the contract process. Horrible experience to get rental. It took a hour in a half. They didn't understand our needs , nor understood how to use computer. Guy was nice but didn't understand. Asked us to wait way past our reservation time , till someone could come in to help. Guy was very nice but hard to communicate with. We were also miss quoted on bill, and Insurance. That could of happened due to the misunderstanding due to language barrier. They need better customer service skills and process training.

Would be nice if the truck was fueled completely. Since this was a pick up at a gas station it's not difficult. Almost didn't get the pads and dolly. The ramp on the truck didn't go back in smoothly and it took us 20 minutes just to get that back in.

Provide customer service! One person on duty...told me he was too busy to help me unhitch the trailer...kind of snotty attitude! Place looked like an old gas station...gas pumps looked in disrepair - if you're not going to make them available for customer use - remove the pumps! Try to look sharp! It's good for business!

Make sure the vehicles are in safe condition. I didn't drive enough to notice the alignment was horrible. Shop around, Uhaul is not the only rental company

The receiving company wanted me to remove the trailer. When I told him I didn't hook it up and didn't know how to remove it, he came out and looked at it. He admitted he didn't know how to remove the trailer either and attempted the removal without reading instructions labeled on the item itself. He then quit and went to call his manager. I read the instructions and called him back over to show him how it was suppose to be removed. I told him he should know how to do this. He responded, "it's not my job." Lazy, ignorant, rude and incompetent were the nicest things I could say about this guy.

Have the owner learn how to use a computer. I said i would not leave without documentation that the uhaul trailer was returned. She said there was no way to get this as she did not know how to use the computer. She hand wrote on a piece of paper that i returned the trailer. I took lots of pictures of her, the location of the trailer and even bought diesel for the truck, with pictures so i could have a reciept that i was there at the time i said i returned the trailer What a FKN nightmare.

Clerk was very helpful and listened to my complaints about the faulty truck and did verify the issues were valid. Hopefully truck isn't rented again as that faulty transmission is gonna kill somebody and even the clerk couldn't figure out why the A/C wouldn't work.

Truck had one tire that was nearly flat. I had to take it to another gas station to fill it at my own expense before I could use the truck.

My drop off location was changed 3 times prior to my drop off. It was set for Catalina, Az. at pick up. Changed to U-Haul Center on W Ina Rd, Tucson upon arrival at my home. And then changed to Magee Rd when in route to Ina Rd facility. Then U-Haul had the audacity to charge me for extra mileage upon return. Very poor customer service for all these changes within 9 hours of picking up my truck. I am not an employee of U-Haul but I sure felt treated like one and then had to pay U-Haul for this experience.

Inside of cab was dirty. Location called during our move asking when we would have the truck back 3 hours before our truck would be returned. Never been charged .99 a mile before.

Customer service was unacceptable. The young man handling the uhaul rentals was also the only cashier for the gas station/convenience store/propane station and according to him(because I had to ask, after standing there for 20mins, his boss "wants me to take care of the customers coming in for gas real quick". Not only did Matt stop handling my uhaul transaction every single time anyone else walked through the door, but goodness gracious can someone please teach the younger generation proper customer service! If I had a dime for every time the kid said "yeah", "well" or "whatever" I'd be rich! Matt also slide my card numerous times claiming that he didn't know what happened but he had to slide it again. Then, when it came time for my receipt, he printed me a paper with only the gas gauge on it claiming again that he didn't know what happened or why the real receipt wouldn't print. Overall, the service was super slow and unprofessional.
