I rented two vehicles from two different Uhaul vendors this weekend, and my experience between the two was like day and night. I guess it's a good thing this survey came in regarding the Prince and Stone location, their staff was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you.

I never rented the truck....the place was closed. And I still have a charge of 42.98 on my card! I need that refunded back. I contacted the store on Monday and he did confirm that I did not have any rental equipment from his store. And would take care of it. I received notification that it would be refunded...haven't received it yet.

Website says pick-up at 8. Operator says he doesn't do any uhaul related stuff untill 8:30 and I would have to wait.

Nothing, service was excellent and everything went very smoothly. As a matter fact, I’ve used U-Haul all over the US because I’ve moved a lot, and this was hands-down one of the easiest experiences I’ve had.

Very concerned about how the company provided me information. We first set up a reservation for pick up after hours at ajo when we arrived nothing was showing up on phone I called customer service they said oh they do not have you form for that after I had already been explained hers what I would do next had reservation meanwhile there were no available trucks at any other uhaul it was raining I had explained to them it was an emergency situation. Lucky we found another uhaul location it was 45 minutes out of my way we were able to pick up truck they charged me again but the fact of the matter was most all my stuff was being ruined in the rain and customer service was unwilling to try an resolve the issue they said sorry man nothing we can do although it was their representative mistake. Further more when I tried returning the rental the intranet was not working do I returned it at 1243 contacted customer service I personally took photo of odd matter and gas but was unable to send it than they double charged me and on top of that there are additional charges that were charged that I have no explanations for. Very unsatisified the truck also kept wanting to stalk out on freeway. I will never rent from uhaul again at this point I am making a complaint and contacting corporate office

I prefer that the checkout be done while I'm present, but it wasn't. The additional gas charge for $30 was unnecessary, as I'd returned the level to very near what I'd begun with.

As a customer at this location it would have been nice to know beforehand that the truck had to be returned 2 and a half hours after I rented it when my online reservation said 4 hours. The store owner told me to have it back before he closes, this of course only after I signed the agreement and gave him my credit card. Had I known this prior I would not have rented from this facility. Tell your customers they can't have the vehicle for the time your online reservations say may help future customers(this is a uhaul issue not the store owners fault). Although I'll admit you have a disclaimer in small writing warning of "availability". Also unlike every other time I've ever rented u haul I've always had a "walk through" done before and after, didn't happen at this location. Turned out fine though and the store owners seem like honest people and were otherwise quite pleasant.

Horrible experience. I ended up buying the damage waiver ins because there was so many dents, dings and scratches that I couldn't possibly list them all. I asked for help and was told they couldn't help me with inspecting the vehicle. When I returned it, I was asked if I wanted to wait or if they could email me the receipt. However, I was the only one there. Counter person was too lazy to provide customer service

The key was not immediately available, and I had to wait an additional hour and a half before I could get the vehicle. The employee who retrieved the spare key for me was rude and did not believe that the key was missing, when it clearly was. He did not apologize for my receiving the vehicle 90 minutes later than I wanted.

Internet was down (Cox Comm. outage) so had to complete transaction over the phone. Additionally, after driving about 30 miles check engine light came on and truck shifted roughly. I was scared it would break down. When I returned truck, Uhaul operator said he new of check engine light. This made me uncomfortable that they would rent a truck needing service.
