When we dropped off, the gate was locked and so was the key box so we locked the key in truck so it wouldn’t get stolen. It felt like the only option.

rosemary rFirst we told to drop at one location when we got there the signs said not to drop at that location the when we arrived at the different location the customer service representative had a big chip on her shoulder. Drop off was not a good experience.
