It appears that online registeration did little to speed up the rental process. I'll not do it next time. I don't know if it was the U-Hall website or this rental location, but duplication of effort cost me 15 minutes - with my rental clock running!

The truck I reserved was not available. I needed a 15' truck and was offered a van (only option available). We had to make multiple trips, which was fine but was told I would get a discount and didn't receive one. The van served its purpose in the end. All in all though, my experience with U-Haul and the location I picked up from has been very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend
CHRISTINE L.THEY DIDN'T GIVE A RECEIPT WHEN I PAID AND PICKED UP THE TRUNK, NOR A RECEIPT WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUNK. THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND SAID THEY DOD NOT HAVE A PRINTER TO PRINT RECEIPTS. I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE OWNER SENT ME A RECEIPT VIA MY EMAIL
