This was my 1st time using U-Haul. I wasn't use to not being shown where the truck is and not doing a circle check. It was not explained that the number of the truck was on the top right corner of the cargo box and I wasted time checking licence #'s. Most of the dings and dents weren't clearly marked since the 'X's' had faded or come off. Staff were friendly and helpful when prompted

I was scheduled to pick up the van at 5:45pm then I was informed that the van is not available. The lady from U-Haul told me to come back again at 7 pm. I finally got the van at 7 30pm. For your information I left work 2 hours earlier to make sure that I will be on time. That was terrible experience of Friday night.

The staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour (even early Saturday morning). They exceeded my expectations based on previous experience at another Toronto Uhaul location. I would definitely deal with them again!

I had booked 2 dollies and a dozen moving pads but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. As it was early in the morning, nobody was available to assist me and I had to do my entire move without the accessories. They agreed to remove the items from my invoice, but it was really frustrating.

I accidentally booked my rental at the wrong Uhaul. With one phone call they were able to immediately change my location and transfer my reservation within minutes. The women at the Uhaul counter were friendly and funny and I will definitely go back when I need a rental. Wonderful experience!

Please note: the staff at 207 Weston Road were excellent. Very friendly, and put a smile on my face after an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING Uhaul experience. The reason I had to even go to the Weston Rd. location was because when I showed up to my preferred location, I was surprised to find out that it was NONEXISTENT. Imagine my surprise showing up to the location provided in me on my order summary to find that it had been closed for about a year, but had yet to be taken off the site by Uhaul. To deal with this situation I contacted Uhaul head office, where I spoke to a customer representative named Nicole hoping to remedy the situation. As you can imagine, I was displeased at this point having biked 20 minutes to a location that did not exist while the people who had kindly agreed to help me move waited at my apartment. What I received was one of the poorest attempts at customer service I have had to date. Nicole immediately turned the blame to me (which is generally not what an upset customer wants to hear) and showed not the slightly bit of sympathy for the situation. She dodged my questions (even when asked point blank), and showed an extreme lack of tact. I understand that dealing with upset customers over the phone may not be the most enjoyable job, but as a customer service representative for a large corporation, you should know what you're getting yourself in to. All in all my experience with Uhaul was very poor, and I will definitely think twice before using their services again.

Long line up to get my equipment. Staggered pick up times? Had to wait 1/2 plus to get a customer service agent. Excellent after that.

The person's who were at the front desk were disrecpecful and very rude. I'm not a fluent English speaker and their pacience was limited. I kindly ask them to show me the vehicle cause I went and check and was unable to find it. And they were really rude. And as a bonus when I returned the vehicle the woman at the front desk the tall manly looking black one (I don't know the name) told me was 30 $ per liter of fuel cause I did not put fuel in the van before returned. Well whatever I will never used uhaul in my life. Customer service sucks and they tell u is only 19.99 hahahahahaha and in the end is more than 100$

The Issue here is with U-Haul I requested on Tuesday to rent a Cargo Van to complete some moving , I ask the personnel over the telephone to direct me to the closest U-Haul to my home ,she reply in the affirmative only to find out on Saturday morning that All my information including my complete name and my email info was incorrect but also I had to travel over 30 kilometer to collect the vehicle

really liked self pickup should include instructions about how to use gear/parking brake as not everyone is aware
