When ordering a item two months in advance then go to pick it up that morning and the item is not available. ..kinda messed up my vacation. ..and was told oh well sorry. ..is not good enough for me. ...and no means to help me out. ...my opinion. .that is very poor customer service. ....

Fantastic service and the truck was spotless. Really like the warm, friendly people at this location, would definitely rent here again. We did have an issue with the steering wheel (it wouldn't lock) which made getting the truck started very challenging and time-consuming. Also, while the back cargo door was easy to open, it was tough to get down once opened all the way so we tried to avoid that.

Actually have my reserved trailer available! I was delayed in my travel by a full day when your Warden Avenue location in Toronto rented out my reserved trailer on the same day as my 6:30 pm reservation. Apparently they trusted the other customer to have it back by 6:00pm. Terrible business model!!!! I will look to other alternatives in future. I was given $50 off but that in no way compensated for the loss of time both the previous day and in having to wait another day to get a trailer. Especially annoying when I was advised the late customer would be charged $50/hour late fees, which actually rewards your business model with no benefit to the person delayed...

My original reservation was at the Castlefield location and after waiting for an hour and a half for the truck I was unable to get my rental as no one showed up to release the truck. Had to make alternative reservations at the Weston road location and had great service.

The cargo floor was dirty. The smell in the truck was nauseating...not sure if it was off-gassing of the vinyl or rubber mat, Has to drive with windor open most of the time. The leg room for the driver was pretty bad with the left wheel housing pinching the left foot of the driver IE you could not stretch it. Engine and cruise control were excellent. It's time to retire this vehicle as modern comforts are necessary for long-haul driving.

Unfortunately, I noticed too late that it was improper initial gas measurement (higher noted than it actually was). So after filling $30 worth of gas I also got slapped for $29 of gas charges even tho I only drove 30km.

It's really hard to know where to leave the equipment because there are two sides on the building with the same address. I firstly parked the truck on the wrong side of the building and had to move it once the drop off procedure was complete on-line.

1) The left side mirror of the van was not stable while driving on the road. I have to adjust it severally while driving. 2) I was charged for two utility Dolly instead of one that I requested for. I actually used one rented separately from the location and did not used the one attached to the van. 3). The front desk service personnel that attended to me while I was picking up the van needs to improve on how to relate/speak with customers even when I forgot the time for pick up of the van. In future, customer needs to be reminded at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled pick up time either by mail or text message. Thank you
