I reaerve 17’ truck while when I get there I was advised that no truck 17’ available and instead take 15’ As of this result my staff not fully moved and I have to Rebook it to other day and I was charged as I have 17’ truck 29.99$

This is not where I dropped off the truck - truck was dropped off at Dignity Auto on Dundas Street, as per plan. Dignity's service was unparalleled very good.

My U-Haul pick up was moved to this location and I was not notified. The time was also not correct. When the person from this location called to ask where I was to pick up my vehicle, he was rude right off the bat, as he thought I was late to pick it up, but I actual fact, when I booked my truck online, i had chosen a later pickup time. The whole experience of the location being moved and me not notified added substantial stress to an already stressful move.

There was no issue with this location but we had to go back to the warden ave in scarborough 2 times because the hitch they installed was not done correctly so some of the lights on the trailer wouldn't work therefore the castlefield location couldn't release the trailer to us until everything was working correctly. Again twice we had to go back to warden because the guy still didn't fix it right and gave us the excuse that the wire colors are hard to tell apart! We were to pick up the trailer at 10am but due to all the issues we never recieved it until 3:45pm. Than to top everything off when we reached Alberta we found that alot of our belongings were ruined due to the trailer leaking badly so everything got soaked (i have taken pictures of everything). I reported the issue of the leaking trailer at the drop off point and thought I would hear from someone at head office but of course we haven't. I will nevet use your services again nor recommend uhaul to anyone. And I'm sure I still won't hear back from anyone at uhaul.

The location was great. The experience with uhaul was terrible. Booked a 15 foot truck for the college location well in advance of move in downtown toronto. Received a call a few days before the move that no truck existed at college for me and i would have to go to castlefield to pick it up. They changed the truck to 10ft on confirmation email. I called in right away and it was changed to 15 feet. 30 mins before i picked up the truck i received an email confirming a 10 foot truck. I called an was told there was no 15 foot truck. When i arrived she was very nice and offered a few discounts but the fact remains i had a very small window on elevators for the move for a large apartment and we had to make many loads at a massive inconvenience. That coupled with the fact that it was very far away compared to the college location that I had booked well in advance left me with a rating of uhaul of 1 star. The discounts arent large enough to make up for all the time that it took compared to my original plan of the 15 ft on college.

Natasha was amazing went above and beyond to help me when the movers I had hired through U-Haul were disrespectful and refused to hand over a drivers licence when they were driving the truck. It was an extremely stressful day but she was my hero !! Businesses need more people like her who understand customer service!!

Was billed for a parking ticket that I received after I had paid for that ticket directly to the municipality. After repeated attempts to contact UHaul to correct the charge, no response was received. Horrible experience, complete lack of communication, would never rent again

Car should be given with a full tank of gas. Ours had ? of a tank which empties very quickly even though we travelled a short distance.

On Sept. 23rd, 2017 I rented a 10' truck with pick up after hour at 8pm. The owner Frank (if I remembered correctly) called me at 4pm telling me we could arrange the pick through phone and he will instruct me on what to do. I picked up the truck on 1460 Castlefield Ave location at 8pm (friday) and returned the next day at 8pm on the same location. When I recieved the reciept, it charged me 2 day rental fee and 2 day insurance. Tried to call him thrice and he said he will call me back as he was busy. I never recieve a call after, its been a week now. Contract #29694951 my contact number is on that contract so feel free to call me. I will try my luck to call this place again to fix this. Also, i left my sunglasses there and he said it was not there. I am 100% sure I left my sunglasses there

This is not the first time I've had issues with Uhaul. Now I'm dealing with the fact that I've been overcharged and everyone I speak to at customer service bounces me off to someone else. Surprise charges, hidden fees, filthy vehicles. It's ridiculous and if it isn't resolved today you'll be losing my business.

When calling for a truck I would like to communicate with people from Canada instead of someone from Arizona who has no idea about our areas. I live in Barrie and they wanted me to drop of the truck in Brampton.

Pick up location was fine once I found the correct location. Customer service over phone and at original pick up location (which had been discussed over the phone with customer service) was disgusting. Completely unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Will never use or recommend uhaul again.

I booked a 26' truck 3 months earlier. 2 days before my moving day there was a voice message on my phone saying that the 26' truck is no longer available and instead we will give a cargo van. I called back I talked to 'Dominic' he finally told me to pick up a 26' truck form a different location. He gave me a take it or get lost attitude. Horrible experience. I was very disappointed.

- The location is cramped with vehicles and there is nowhere to park; - The receptionist was rude when I called 2 min after the rental to say that the gas level was indicating 1/8 instead of 1/4, as shown in the rental paper. He said "I'll show you it's 1/4". I had to drive back to the place to show that the tank level was in fact at 1/8. He didn't recognize there had been a mistake or even apologized, and I may have had to end up paying additional for gas that I didn't consume, had I not paid attention.
