Horrible, would not help me out when the Truck I originally booked failed to return on time. Made me call uhaul head office and then threw a tantrum when they told her she had to give me a truck. Very unprofessional and caused me a great deal of undue stress.

I ordered a dolly and they didn't give me one. It was a big issue. The rest was fine, service is ok.

When I went into pick up the rental vehicle there were 3 staff members in the location. One lady named Vania and 1other lady and a grntlemen. I was asked for a secondary contact phone number in case of emergency and when I asked what kind of emergency could happen the other lady ( dark hair) very rudely told me in case I stole the truck She then threatened to cancel and pull the reservation the gentleman who was just sitting there then got involved and was also rude to me. Vania then explained everything to me and I made a point of thanking Vania personally. As far as the other 2 office staff are concerned, THE way I was treated by them for asking a simple question is not appropiate customer service. I work in the customer service industry as well and THAT is not the way you treat anyone. Over all the experience wasn't bad.

The questions in this review are very limited and non-sensical. The real test is the process overal. I was advised that using the app based/drop off method was quicker; it certainly wasn’t. I arrived for my pick up, then only 40 minutes later did I leave the location after much going back and forth to review my documention. Then afterwards, I am advised that my six hours started at the beginning of the process- so I effectively lost 40 minutes of my rental time-block. Speaking to a service agent would have had me out of there in about 10-15 minutes. This process is not a time saver.

When I returned the truck I got the receipt which totals at $81.15 but my credit card is charged for $99.58, why??!

My experience with your company was horrible... the first location there were no keys in the lock box.. the second location could not provide me with a truck that I was told was there... the third location was fine until I realized they wrote my mileage down wrong which cost me $30 more than expected... I drove a total of 26 km and was charged for 39 miles! I will never recommend this company to anyone. U-Haul made my moving experience so much worse ... you cost me time stress and money! Thanks for nothing! Also the old lady who works at the Cartwright location is a nasty old Witch !

I did not have a good experience with my original location for pick up. The van was not assigned and there was no attended at that location to help me. After standing in the rain for almost 20 mins. It was later found that the the vans key was not available bc the previous user did not return it. I was then be relocated to another location to get a van. What should have been a quick easy pick up, ended up getting me all wet and took over an hour to do.

The truck took forever to get ready. They provided it to me without the proper equipment as per my reservation. I am trying to settle a small balance and have gone by twice. The first time no one was in the office and there was a note saying they were in the yard. I waited 10 minutes and left. The second time I arrived at about 6:50-55 and again no one was in the office. I called and no one answered. The employee could see me standing at the gate. She walked around doing a check and came to the front at about 7:10, knowing I had been waiting. She refused to serve me and take my payment and was really rude.

I had a terrible experience trying to reserve a truck. I was given an incorrect size, time, and pickup location after using the online service. It took me 45 minutes of waiting on hold on both the phone and live chat before I reached someone that could get it sorted.
