Actually didn't rent from this location. I was given another location to go to at last minute and when I tried to call this location (three times) got no response.

I was first told there was a van available on Dundas St. They told me I had to go to Carlton St. The agent there told me I had to go to Danthorp. The agent at Danthorp told me I had to go to Coxwell. Took something like two hours and three uber rides to get to a place where I could pick up a van. Its not good to tell people there's a van for them at a location and then not be able to fulfill that when the person gets to that location......

177 Carlton was where my reservation was not 1070 Danforth. Idiots! My reservation was not honoured and the person there sent me to Danforth location. At Danforth location the person there said there are no vehicle rentals. Then they sent me to Coxwell location where I finally was able to get a vehicle though not the one originally I had asked for. Needed the truck @ 9:00AM and not until 10:15 did I get a vehicle. You tell me now what you can do to improve for the next customer.

If I book a vehicle ahead of time and arrive on time to pick it up, don't give it to a different customer and then send me to a different u haul.

A young man by the the name of Matt, at the Coxwell site, went to the extra length of contacting me, when he found a vehicle, after I had been told that you did not have the vehicle I needed. I appreciate extra the length he went to to accomdate me. I have been in the people industries for 40 years and it's not often you find someone who has that much on the ball. He restored what was becoming a shaken confidence in U Haul and your ability to meet my needs.

Exactly where to drop it off was very confusing. i recieved multiple emails descrbing two different locations. Dropping off after hours was tough to do on the web site and the location was a little sketchy at 10pm. Quite dark.

I had arranged to pick up a truck at a location near my home in Toronto. On the afternoon of the day before, I was told by text to pick up in Thornhill. I don't have a car and needed to travel by public transit, so this would have been impossible. I spent a very stressful hour waiting on hold and then being told my truck was not available. Finally, a call to head office secured the necessary truck at an accessible location. Please don't do this to anyone else. I was in tears....

The overall customer relations were very, very poor. I tried calling three times and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time then gave up. The internet 'live help' feature was similarly useless. I booked online, entered 400km distance, was given a total of around $138 then when I picked up the van, was told the charge would be around $300. Very poor communications. Kept getting disconnected when calling the Danforth location.

Better signage maybe? If it weren’t for the Uhaul truck parked on the street, I might have drove past the store. Other than that, the service was great.

The best thing about it was it was fairly central, and the man working there was perfectly nice and helpful. The location was a bit small and pokey but didn't really need to be inviting as we were dropping off the vehicle. All we needed was efficiency and helpfulness and this we got.

1- I have book the trailer to be picked at a different location but the system told me 1070 Danforth Ave, so I went there There was no one at that location (1070 Danforth) and I waited for over 30 min fro someone to show up. I have google the closest location to that one and went to 480 Coxwel where I was able to rent the trailer. It was a waste of time but at the end I was able to rent the unit

The gentleman that helped me was excellent I called I had a time to inquire and he was very helpful. I then called back booked and when I arrived the following day he was very friendly and pleasant. I was very pleased with his customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I drop my vehicle off in the evening and put the keys in the box. The next morning I called to ensure everything was OK and he insured me that everything was fine and went over my bill with me to help me understand it I was very happy. He deserves a raise!

I did not appreciate being charged for a few extra kilometres when inreturned the truck with half a tank of gas when I was only required to have a quarter of a tank when returning it. That amount of gas is worth far more $$ and you should have not charged me $7 for extra km. That is petty, so I will not use uhaul again,

The location on my phone pickup was listed on Danforth. When I got to the location noted there were no vehicles on the lot. I found a uhaul office and the front desk person mentioned the location no longer existed and all the cars were another 5-10 minutes drive down Coxwell (now late for my pickup I left). Went to Cowell and could not use my mobile pick up because the app would not let me add my drivers license number and the dispatch would not remotely add my drivers license number for me and said I was out of luck. Thankfully a very helpful person was working behind the desk who was able to cancel my appointment and re-book. Overall was not impressed with the runaround and ended up being late for my pickup.

Did mobile check in but map was for an old location. Had to drive to the depot from the office. First van had two front low air tires. Was switched to another van that had not been cleaned. Took me an hour before I got on the road. Terrible.

I was told to return it to the Danforth location which was closed upon arrival. The Coxwell location was great and the staff was really nice. But I was still kinda pissed that the Windsor location had sent me to a closed store first.

Terrible online access experience! After going through all the ID verification steps standing in the rain, I mistakenly hit one wrong response in the color blindness test. (Colours like purple/blue appeared very similar on my old screen.) I was told I could not rent the truck I was standing beside. Although an on-screen contact called Angela was guiding me through the steps, as soon as the test failed I was bounced out with no way to reconnect. Terrible system! I used the online checkout because the location would not open for 2 hours (10AM) before I needed the truck. After a wait to talk to a service rep, I was redirected to another location that was fairly close and open; however, their vehicle compound was even farther away. I showed up for my 9AM move 90 minutes late, although I had planned an hour for the pickup and drive to the close client location. The fact you are cancelled with no warning that this may happen, and no way to redo or correct an answer with a live operator is extremely poor. Will not use the online checkin again and will convince friends and coworkers to avoid it.

Booking was complicated ( not Dansforths fault) and had to call back three times for them to get the reservation right) and when we went to get truck, employee had not arrived, we went to a second adresse (note in window) because store still closed 10 minutes after opening hours. Second store was completely disorganized that morning and employees scrambling to try and sort things out.
