No clear sign where to park the truck. Parked out front was asked to move to the backside of the building.
CODY SThe location was not a U-Haul business. The poor clerk was by himself, and was having issues with the website. It took us over an hour to get the truck, only to find out that the dollies and blankets we rented were not in the truck. Store clerk had none of the items. We drove across town to the real U-Haul business to get the items. We were 1-1/2 hours late. The loading crew was waiting. Next time we’re going to insist on dealing with an exclusive U-Haul location!

Chad RThe truck was dirty and not loaded with my blankets and equipment when I picked it up. Once the teller got the truck keys he ended up starting the vehicle and locking the keys inside while it was running. I had to call road side assistance myself and waited over 3 hours at the gas station before help arrived and I was able to be on my way. Never rent from any place except an actual UHaul location.
