I was allowed extra mileage when I reserved the unit as I had to pick it up at another further location. So I dispute the extra mileage charges. I should have had 292 mikes. This is the second time this has happened and I resent you charging mileage that I do not oweTERESA JOAN C.

First off, the customer service was fantastic at Whitney's garage. The thing that was sub par was the vehicle. The interior was filthy, garbage, dirt piles on the floor, gas tank was 3/4 full. And the topper was all 4 tires were bald. And I was headed over a mountain pass. Which resulted in me spending $125 for a set of tire chains just to make it over the pass going 10mph for an hour and a half. Absolutely brutal. Other than that, the vehicle ran good, and had no problems thankfully.ISAAC F.
The windshield wiper on driver side didn't work. The fuel tank was rusted. The truck was on empty when we went to pick it up. The radio didn't work.Larry T.
Under no circumstances attempt to use the online 24/7 access to equipment option. Only rent from this location when you are able to pick up and drop off during business hours. The whole thing with the smart phone and the website and the barcodes and . . . HOURS out of our day. HOURS on customer service. Just to finally get a 4 letter word on a combination lock at the back of the truck. Ugh!Chelsea F.
Your on line pick up system is horrible, horrible! If it wasn't for a gentleman named Austin in your phone service department, I would not have been able to get the rental. I also cannot open the document attached here that says its my bill. What good does that do? However much it is, Austin said there would be $50 taken off for all the trouble we went through. Additionally, I was told the 10' vehicle would hold a refrigerator and it didn't, we had to lay it down. The rest of the appliances barely fit. It was an absolutely horrid way to spend Christmas Eve. I doubt if I will ever use U-haul again.PAT M.

This location owner wanted to charge me an additional $20 to have her monkey help me load and secure my vehicle on the trailer. When I asked the guy who hooked up the trailer if he would help he said yes and went into the office and never came back out. Very poor customer service.Steven B.
lady behind counter said I could drop off vehicle there. Get there to drop off vehicle I ask her how much it was going to be she said i would get an email with the information. She did not inform me at all about an 850.00 wrong location fee or I would have left with the uhaul to the other location. I asked her if I could drop it off there and she asked what says and after I said 20ft she said yes they can take it.Charles O.
Don't charge me for insurance when Itold you I didn't want it. That was an extra $42 and when I told you about it you said oh you can take it off when you dump off the truck, which I couldn't do. Also don't give me 50 blankets when I only requested 24 and I have to deal with them. You had no supplies on hand that I needed to protect my furniture and so I had to deal without. The final thing I would mention is that you never notified me where to pick up the truck like you promised and if I hadn't called the day of my move I would have went to the wrong place as this one was 25 miles away. The business was not open on the weekend as advertised. I xaught an employee there on the weekend. I got my truck, but was treated as if I were an inconvenience.
