I had a very bad experience at the time I rented the U-Haul. It was me and my service dog. We were left stranded and the U-Haul people were more than considerate to me. I am 65 yrs. old and couldn't get help from anyone. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone else treated me like dirt, but didn't hesitate to take my money.

Stop hidden charges for items you have in the truck such us blankets and the dolly. I was unexpectedly charge seven dollars for use of the Dolly.

The battery died on the truck I was using after only about 10 minutes of having the the interior lights on in the back (I was on my last load and it was dark at this point). Had to jump start it.

Matt informed me in advance that I may encounter a problem with the operation of the driver's side window. Near the end of my usage, it did happen, but thanks to Matt making me previously aware, I was able to contend with that problem.

The sign asked me to stay with the vehicle until someone came out. My wife had to go inside and find someone. He was watching TV. When she told him we were returning a vehicle. He said "home on" and took his time getting up. Once outside, I had to greet him. My "hello" was returned with a typical teenaged-boy grunt. He said nothing else. He asked me how many miles there were and how full the gas tank was. That was it! He was the worst!

from my observation - it appears the interface between desk and phone access to check-in program is not user friendly. I have observed both Matt and Echo reaching a slight level of frustration with this part of the check-in.

Customer service terrible at your 800 #. Did most of calls and scheduling myself even after I had a 2 week previous reservation. Transferred from one dept to another. Not friendly. I would not had the trailer if I hadn't followed up. Poor.

Matt did an excellent job answering my questions and making my hectic condensed time frame fit within the paperwork process. Echo did the actual expedited process and thoroughly explained my obligations.
