Friendly staff was very helpful. Technician that attached the trailer I rented found a blown fuse on my vehicle, which we replaced. That fuse controlled the running lights to the trailer, which are important when driving in the dark. That night, I drove through a snowstorm for two hours, and would have been hit if people weren't able to see the running lights on the trailer. I am grateful for all of the help that I received at this location.

I have a serious problem. I rented a truck from Paula on Monday 12-31. I returned it that afternoon to two different gentlemen (Paula was no longer there). Later, my son realized he left his phone in the trucks cab. At approximately 6:45 we checked Google's phone locator app and confirmed it was at the UHaul location. We called the location and spoke with Perry. We told him the phone was at the UHaul location and we would like to come to pick it up. He said he was "in the back" and unable to check himself, but that he'd check with the guys "upfront" and call me right back. He never called back. Shortly thereafter, someone shut off the phone disabling the tracking system which showed it was last tracked at the UHaul. When my son showed up at the UHaul a man and woman were just leaving the lot in their car. My son got their attention and requested them to roll down the window. My son said the man driving the car told the woman to ignore my son and they sped out of the parking lot. My son saw him say "No" and saw him signal "No" with his hands. I returned to the location the next day. Chris was at the counter. He said no phone was turned in. He checked with Chad who said he checked the truck and there was no phone. I called Paula on her cell and received no answer. I called the location today. Chris answered the telephone and said Paula wouldn't be in until tomorrow. The phone was recently purchased and was expensive. I have screen shots from Google that clearly show the phone was last turned on and visible by tracking software when I called to inform Perry. I also show that the phone was turned off shortly after my conversation with Perry and when it had 38% battery life left. Clearly the phone was stolen by a UHaul employee. What are the next steps you plan to take to get my son's phone returned? .

The truck was clean but it was raining and leaking inside the truck. Some of my belongings got wet but not badly damaged. Forgot to mention this when I returned my truck.

They charged us for low return gas, but refunded it when we showed them the contract. Would not change our return location even though we took a storage space. I called Uhaul and they changed it for me.

If I could give an in-between rating for the question about clean equipment I would ... while pulling away from the facility I noticed the windshield of the truck was all spotty. Stopped to clean it and discovered all the crud was on the INSIDE. Got it clean and proceeded with our task. Otherwise, all was fine.

poor customer service. I have been hauling trailers cross country for many years and this gentleman didn't know how to hook up a trailer for safety. I had to redo the trailer once I left due tot the chains not being properly severed.

It was a lot easier to talk to the manager at the store. The lady I talked to on the phone first made it difficult and confusing then I was able to talk to the manager at the store she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about every thing. I would highly recommend anyone to use this location.
