Properly train on computer how to reserve and check out equipment. Also know what final charges are and how much debit cards will be charged before running cards.

The truck was dirty inside and out. Road dirt and spilled food and drinks in the cab. All was dry like it has been like that for a while.

I found a drivers license under the seat of this truck when I was cleaning it out. I left it in the rental agreement when I returned the truck. I hope you where able to return it to the owner?

Ed Burns was great. He fixed the issues that the Portsmouth location had caused and closed the reservation out quick and easy.

Should have had someone bring truck to oil city instead of me going 20 miles to pick it from where my reservations where setup.

The people on the phone were friendly but far from helpful. Everytime I was told by someone that someone would call , I got no call. I was to pick up car hauler on Tuesday. I had to call you at 2:00 pm Monday to find out about my rental that was 60 miles from the actual rental point. Then when I went to pick up the trailer I had the wrong ball on my hitch because no one mentioned the size I needed. You added 3 hours on to my 8 hour trip. Then today I spent an hour on the phone to get a delivery point (which was not on contract) . I delivered it to the point but although there were u-haul vehicles there I believe the place to be out of business. It’s on you now. You took 4 hours of my life and I will never recommend u-haul!!!!

upon arriving at my final destination in Florida, I discovered that large portion of the items were extremely wet due to a lot of rain during my trip. these items were not supposed to get wet. the reason i for the covered trailer. the price was disappointing as i paid $290 for a one way for a 4x6 to florida. i paid $120 for a 5x8 to go from florida to pennsylvania just two months ago

The uhaul leaked. We drove through a rainstorm, and my mattresses and boxes got soaked. The bottom of a box went out, and I lost one of the glasses from my wedding. My daughters mattress is 2 months old, and is now water stained. I'm not pleased.

Truck cargo area was dirty. Gas was only 1/4 full, which is hard to gauge how much gas to buy when you return it. I overestimated and filled it up and returned it 3/4 full wasting around $40. Also, I ordered 24 pads which both he and I forgot to load. Mauer's Trading Post in Franklin was really nice and provided them.

I ordered a truck from a Warren PA location weeks in advance. We were to pick up nov 25. On nov 23 in the evening I was told no trucks are available at that location. I had to drive over an hr to pick up a truck in Titusville. I was told I would receive $50. As per your quainter. Never received.

Have equipment available at nearest location to customer! I have a U-Haul dealer 5 miles from me but had to pick up my trailer from a dealer that was 25 miles and an hour away! My request was made in 2 weeks of needing it so I would think a trailer should have been available at my location! I will look elsewhere for my next rental!

Asked for a 10-foot truck, given a 15-door truck: it didn't have a hitch on it. Then given a 17-door truck, far too big for my needs.
