The office area was cluttered and dusty - the couch was quite comfortable and the staff quite helpful and kind. I do not recall the online application requiring that I refold the furniture pads. The agent was kind and did it for me - I would have done so, if I had known the expectation to fold the pads after use.

Equipment was clean but not well maintained. Automated pickup did not exist at this location even though it was stated online. Truck was not there and an alternate had to provided even though there was a reservation.

Improve the accuracy of the availability of vehicles within your network. Please review customer case #1747209 for details regarding my experience. Also there should be a policy that allows for adequate time to notify customers of vehicles not being available for pick up that is longer than the 50 minutes notice I was given.

Filthy smoky environment with a lady who did not know how to check in equipment. Even the contract was in front of her she asked me several times if her location was where I was supposed to drop off at. She even asked me if it was under my name as she read my name from the contract. Didn’t make any sense to me.
