I was told they would call to confirm location and time but no one did call. The day I was picking up the store called at least 3 times as they wanted me to pick up at a specific time as they had to leave the store for an appointment which I thought they should be training their staff to handle in the owners absence

I placed my order in Simcoe for pick up in Simcoe, well in advance, then was notified of a pick up at this location. It was a bit of a inconvenience for me to get there but I was compensated for this which was much appreciated. Thank you

This is a small location associated with a variety store. It was convenient, but not a full service location so I rate it average . Not much by way of add-on's available, but the clerk was very friendly.

All the tire pressures were wrong on the trailer, ranging from 40 to 70 psi. No spare tire was given for the trailer, the trailer had no jack on it so I had to physically lift the trailer onto the hitch of my truck, (No help was offered). The trailer was filthy inside, I had to sweep it out because it was filled with dirt and leaves. The trailer plugs were corroded and had to be cleaned because the running lights would not work. The brake fluid was very low as well and had to be topped up. I picked the trailer up from a convenience store in Tillsonburg Ontario. I was told the trailer was fully inspected, it clearly was not. For two days I tried calling this business, before I had even gotten the trailer trying to change my pick up time and never once did I get a answer, I had to call head office to have this changed. This store is clearly in the business for some extra money and takes no pride in this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am not happy that the gas tank was not filled to exactly half of the tank. It was a couple ticks under half. If you want the truck half full when I'm done with it the least you can do is have it at that level when I pick it up.

Did not answer the phone when called numerous times. Open hours on website are incorrect. Had to book on line. Nothing stated about one way rental of trailers, only when doing bill up did sticker shock appear. Did assist a bit to hook up trailer. (Only adult in building.) First checked lights, all worked, should be the first item when renting trailer or truck. recommend doing booking on line to reduce time in building

DID A ONE WAY RENTAL. COULD HAVE HAD THE TRUCK FOR 48 HRS. iNSTEAD i TOOK IT BACK IN LESS THAN 12 HRS. WAS 3 MILES OVER LIMIT AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THAT 3 MILES. YOU WOULD THINK THAT BY BRINGING THE TRUCK BACK EARLY i WOULD BE FORGIVEN THE CHARGE FOR THE 3 MILES. ALSO THE TRUCK COULD BE RENTED OUT FOR THE NEXT DAY. yOU WOULD THINK THAT BY BRINGING IT BACK EARLY THAT THERE WOULD BE SOME KIND OF INSENTIVE OR A BIT OF A REBATE ON THE COST OF THE RENTAL. NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH U-HAUL AND THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS.

Dropped off the truck and no one even came out to check mileage or the truck. Girl behind counter asked if we replaced the gas which we did we drove only from Toronto to Tillsonburg which is a 2 hour drive mileage is only we 151 miles as we checked the truck at the start of the trip last three digits were 608 miles. I only put on about 151 miles and I was to get 127 miles for free with the rental. I want someone to contact me and straighten this out as I feel I am being taken advantage of.

I had to book a truck larger than I needed due to availability. When I arrived, they only had a truck the next size up. It was the same price, but a much larger vehicle to negotiate parking (with poorer gas mileage). Vehicle was clean and in great shape. It had cruise control and air conditioning (very important)!

the floor inside the truck was covered with mud on both the driver & passenger side. The truck otherwise was in good condition. My main beef with this location is the fact the 2 of the CS reps do NOT speak English very well and are very hard to understand. I would expect someone dealing with the public to be able to converse better.

I have never experienced such poor customer service EVER! My uhaul was rented out to someone that was not me and the clerk was not at all interested in fixing the problem. I was treated with complete disrespect and lied to about their mistake with my initial uhaul. The clerk denied that I had a rental even though she had rented it out to someone who impersonated me stating they were my "boyfriend" and received my reveal. After spending 45 minutes in the phone with uhaul to correct their problem, they proceeded to make me wait to complete the paperwork so they could cash out 5 customers who walked in the store. My purchase was further interrupted by another customer who came in the store as the clerk went to serve them instead of complete my order. This terrible customer service put me behind about 2 hours in my moving and I didn't even get the truck I reserved and had to settle for a smaller truck. I then had to find two other trucks on my own to makeup for their mistake. When I returned the uhaul I met with another clerk who also treated me poorly. He stated everything was my fault and there were no mistakes on there end. When I explained how I was to get a discount on my truck for their mistakes he told me twice and I quote "what...you want everything for free...people don't get things for free you have to pay." I've never felt so disrespected and can't believe uhaul would have this location to distribute their trucks. I will NEVER rent a uhaul from that location again and the movers and family I had over also removed their business from that location and uhaul. I have spent almost two hours speaking with uhaul and my phone calls are not complete yet. I'm extremely disappointed with the service received. I'm not sure how the truck I reserved was given to a man pretending to be my boyfriend without any identification. I will be calling uhaul again to deal with this problem. The uhaul representatives I've dealt with throughout the day were polite, apologetic and helpful. I will never recommend this uhaul location to anyone.

I had to pick up the truck in Tillsonburg instead of London as was originally requested. Then the new employee in Tillsonburg accidentally changed it to an in-city trip which messed up the dropbox. I had to make over 6 calls to uhaul to sort out the details. Better training needed. Major issues with the Traffic department at time of truck confirmation. Very bad communication.

I never got a confirmation phone call like they said I would within 24 hr of booking. I got a confirmation email 5 days before I was to pick the uhaul up and all the information was incorrect. I was not able to have the uhaul for the time I had booked even though I booked a month in advance. When I called uhaul and asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager would call me back and they never called. When I picked the uhaul up again they had the information wrong. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this to anyone from what I experienced, it was terrible.
