The poor review is simply for the location. I did remote pick up for the truck and all though i had to take all kinds of pictures, re-enter information that was already entered during reservation and make a call to uhaul to be cleared to proceed. The worse part is that i had to wait over a half hour to receive the key from the guy in the store because he had no idea what he was doing and had no communication skills to explain to me what the problem was. He WAS able to tell me i had to wait for someone who was gonna be coming. After waiting 10-15 more mins. I then called uhaul again they called the man and he handed me the key.....thats all he even had to do was hand me the key, as it was remote check in. AS YOU KNOW MOVING IS ALREADY STRESSFUL AND THIS WAS JUST THE BEGINNING OF A VERY ROUGH DAY

There was only one employee working so he couldn’t show me the truck and important details like where to find it and how to turn off the tow/haul feature. I also didn’t get my dolly that I rented and paid for. I have had way better service at all other locations that I’ve rented from. I’ll continue to go to those and not this location in the future.

He was rude and treated me like i was scum off his shoes. He was disrespectful to me in front of my family member. I will never rent from here again. Made my first experience horrible.

My over the phone reservation had been cancelled for some unknown reason and i had to go through the entire rental process a second time. There was one one employee in the store and he also had retail customers, so we had to wait while he went back and forth between helping me and his other customers. It was a much longer process than it should have been

I showed up at my reserved time of 10am the worker refused to even try to get my truck telling me to come back at 11am putting me an hour behind then when I arrived at 11 it took another hour to get my truck checked out to me. When I got the truck it was full of trash from the past driver.

I wish they were more clear with the service, it was my first time renting uhaul but this location barely spoke English so I didn’t quite understand. We ended up paying over $150 to rent when we were moving 20 mins away. We found out later on from the other location that we overpaid.

Mileage was wrong the customer representative didn't do a walk-through of the vehicle she had us do everything for him upon picking up the U-Haul I was scheduled to do an easy pick up with my phone and ended up spending about 45 minutes in the store dealing with somebody who couldn't even speak English and didn't know what they were doing. This was the worst experience with U-Haul ever very unsatisfied as well as we were charged more than we should have been due to neglect on the customer service representative having prior cusromers do their job for them.

Operator was great. Improve your rental software! The error message "provide better assurance" is vague enough, but to someone that speaks English as a second language it is even less meaningful. A 5 minute process turned into a 20 minute process. When I called customer service an explained the problem the operator and I were having with that useless error, I was transferred to an extension that rang for 10 minutes and hung up.
