Operator was great. Improve your rental software! The error message "provide better assurance" is vague enough, but to someone that speaks English as a second language it is even less meaningful. A 5 minute process turned into a 20 minute process. When I called customer service an explained the problem the operator and I were having with that useless error, I was transferred to an extension that rang for 10 minutes and hung up.

They spoke broken english with a heavy accent and did not want to help me hook up the trailer to my truck.



I made a reservation at the U-Haul nearest me. U-Haul has a bad policy of changing the pickup location. On my way to pick the van up I received a call from UHaul informing me that the van was much farther away. They have done this to me before. Read reviews online; this is a common occurrence.

(please read first comment) If I was allowed truck until 11:00; I should have had time to drive to destination. There should be a lag time between rentals so one person can take and turn in and the other person not have to wait until truck turned in. I will not be using your services at this location ever again.

Store owner rude, and took him 45 minutes to ring me up. He ended up having to call customer service and they took my payment. Also it was snowing and they did not provide a snow scraper in the truck.



The person is way to busy operating his liquor store.. Needs more help, he did jot even walk around to show us the truck. He understood the uhaul business which was a plus.



They need to concentrate on being a Conoco and Liquor store and totally drop the lousy Uhaul service they have. 80th and Federal would have been much better of an experience.

The guy there got mad at me because the pick up location made a mistake, and make me come back a different day to fix it, forcing my to take time off work or else pay a late fee

Transaction process took longer than expected, due to company policy on cash transaction. Company needs to clarify guidelines to employees on customers using cash to purchase U-HAUL.



Parked the truck and was told to move it closer to the building. Then after check-in, was told to move it back to where it was originally parked. Also, no credit for extra fuel (returned with 1/4 tank more than when picked-up) and no credit for extra miles driven caused when U-Haul changed my pickup location to a site further away.
