I picked up the vehicle from Hamilton with the gas was little below 3/4 full line and wanted to drop off the vehicle above stated place and the guy directly told us there is no free space to park the vehicle so I should have take the vehicle to some uhall store. I was shocked and puzzled because there was empty space in which vehicle could be parked. Then I was told that to be returned uhall store was changed so that I need to return the vehicle somewhere else. I showed the my uhall aggrement to the guy and he was unpleasantly accepted to the vehicle. Finally, I was charged missing gasoline which was not true either. It was terrible experince for me. I’ve had great experiences with uHaul before but this one was the worst experience ever. Please note that this horrible experience had nothing to do with the staff on-site since we did the 24/7 truck share. - First off we got there and the “pick up my truck” prompt was not working (apparently there was a bug in the Uhaul system that day) - We called customer service, (long wait time) they weren’t able to help so they transferred us to another agent but the call hung up. - We called customer service again. Finally we were able to do the “pick up truck”. - There is a live validation process where you have to take a photo of yourself, your license, the truck/equipment, etc. (Totally fine). Then an agent asks for your 2 references (HAS to be 1 family and 1 friend, can’t be 2 family members). Then we have to wait while the agent calls the references. In our case the agent called my mother and that went smoothly, then she called my 1st friend who had just boarded a plane and agreed to accept the phone call but the rep Loraine was rude to her when she said she won’t be able to take a call back since she’ll be out of the country. Then the rep Loraine asked me for another reference, so I gave her another friend’s number. Loraine continued to ask her questions and told her “she was too hesitant”. Then Loraine was supposedly quite rude to my friend and afterwards she approved the online live verification process and very unprofessionally told me “your first friend didn’t want us to call back (she was on vacation), and your second friend and was very hesitant, how long have you guys been friends? (She’s been my best friend for 8 years). - Finally we got the truck after spending about an hour on site trying to get the truck... truck was relatively dirty, wheels full of mud. - After a long day of moving we filled up the gas and went to return the truck and the system was supposedly bugged again. It worked briefly and then stopped working. So we did the whole resetting the phone with GPS location ON (even though it was already on). We tried reloading the website and even downloaded the app on there to try it several times and it didn’t work so we had to get on the phone AGAIN and wait the long wait time for customer service to answer. (Keep in mind how exhausted you would be after moving furniture all day). - Finally the customer service agent replied and she was a total sweetheart and everything went smoothly and she wanted to help us file a complaint about the previous rep Loraine but we were too tired to bother. - Overall nothing really went smoothly, lots of house wasted calling the agents at uHaul, and the reference check process with our specific rep was very unprofessional and I won’t be recommending the 24/7 truckshare to anyone. It should really have been a quick pick up and drop off process of maybe 15 minutes each way maximum, but ended up being 45-60 minutes during pick up and during drop off. Awful experience! I waited more than 40 minutes to receive the rental truck which they claimed to be U-Haul system problem. Also I had asked for furniture trolley but they did not carry. anyhow the people there were nice and helpful.

I am very disappointed with the service and more importantly with the billing. I would not recommend anyone use this location. When I came to return the truck the next day there was nobody at the location. This did not allow me to check the final bill in person. When I did receive the final bill by email they had calculated the kilometres travel with the rate by miles and not kilometres which is .30 more than the kilometre rate. When I called to inform them of the error they said they would check and adjust accordingly. Surprise some how they managed to still over charge by $3.50. I realize the amount may not be substantial but I feel this was done intentionally, too many errors to be without intent. This does not only reflect on All Season but also on U-Haul who should do a better job of choosing and monitoring Franchisees. Next time in choosing a rental company or referring one it won't be you.

It took me an hour to get my van even with the self serve option and myself being the only customer. When I arrived my van was locked and no one was at the office it took about half an hour to find a guy who works there, then he was looking for van keys and when he couldn't find it he has to re do all paperwork so I could get a different van. After I've returned the van I got my final bill with fuel charges, although I have returned it with more gas than it was initially. I have been trying to call the place for an hour now. No one is answering and there is no voice mail.

Was told on the phone I could drop off the van at another destination but when I picked it up was told I could not. This cost me much more than anticipated because it doubled the KM's. Also the van had dirty Kleenex and garbage in the cup holders. The van smelled awful too!
