Return back process on line is very complicated
Spent almost an hr trying to get the lock open to get the key that was in the back of the truck
Allow the store to do. When there was the size truck that I needed and was not allowed to get it. It was on the site available but I couldn't get it. Disappointing
I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to get approved and process payment to rent the truck. Then the truck rented out to us had a lock on it and therefore was not drivable. The women inside the store was not polite or helpful. After an hour and a half, the original reservation was canceled and another truck was reserved. This was the worst experience I've had with uhaul and makes me reconsider using them in the future.
It was supposed to be an online transaction, when I called Uhaul it took me over 20 minutes, two people and got nowhere. It took me close to 2 hours to get on the road, I was late to my destination by over 1 hour, missed my appointment and everything got turned upside down. Worse experience ever!
The store was not very helpful and not sure why we had to pickup with them for the trailer they never hooked anything up nor did they come look at anything. Definitely would have been better and faster with both as a mobile pickup. Then they started our rental time 45 minutes before we left.
This location closes everyday at 1pm. We had a hard time returning the truck online and no one was there to help.
The lady who was there didn't really know what to do. She said that she would let another lady know about it the next day. Did initial the paperwork and made a copy for me to have. This location was not in the best of areas and was a little shady

Make sure there is someone that knows how to rent out the truck and have all the equipment that you rent. I paid for a appliance dolly and they did not have one.
Absolutely the worst Uhaul experience ever. I will never use uhaul again. The worst location. Never use this location again. The worst experience with uhaul on the phone. Never again
If the operators of this facility have been trained they need to be retained, emphases should be placed on customer service and appreciation as well politeness. Staff appeared to be unable to multitask or create a caring business like environment. Staff should also ensure necessary supplies are available to complete customer service activities. (ie printer paper on hand for customer receipts) It was apparent that vehicles where not maintained in a clean serviceable condition, my rental vehicle had not been cleaned in the cargo compartment or the cab. it was also confirmed when my rental vehicle was not inspected upon return when the staff member failed to check the vehicle or verify mileage or fuel replacement. After the vehicle was returned and a discrepancy brought to the staff attention it appeared to not be important enough for that staff member to act on it in my presence instead the excuses was " I need to complete this inventory document I am working on, I will contact you later". In my opinion this was an un accusable response that sends a I do not care about customer service precedence. I am sure that this is not the case and U haul corporate does not condone or inspire their UHAUL legacy to be displayed in this manner and that Uhaul will take the appropriate steps to correct this type of display and embodiment to the UHAUL name. Update and modernize the location.
unacceptable location. I was contacted to change my pick up location, the website did not work and it took me over 45 minutes to contact someone via the phone. There was no appliance dolly on the truck and the truck was wide open. The person in this horrible store wanted nothing to do with us. I told the person I spoke with on the phone that there was no appliance dolly on the truck. And I had to drive out of my way to pick up this truck and you are also charging me for extra miles??? I will not ever use uhaul again
Charged additional 14.00 with no explanation, Returned day early, extra fuel, cleaned, blankets all there and folded, under mileage Said $14.00 was coverage, total was prepaid and verified at pickup - don't expect changes afterwards!

Unloading and returning a trailer is thirsty work. A better beer selection would be beneficial to the vendor and the renter.

The woman at the store was rude to me. Since it was a convenience store she waited on customers while working on my paperwork. She told me I had not chosen a dropoff point when I had then she realized I was correct. The trailer had a board in it with several exposed nails.
The gentleman that was there when we rented the truck was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. The woman that was there to receive the truck at the end of the day was horrible, rude and basically unacceptable.
What should have taken 10 - 15 minutes MAX, took almost an hour. The cashier was not the friendliest when we arrived to pick-up. She even said she's not supposed to have anyone scheduled to pick-up after 12noon because of other things she needed to do with a "shift change". When we informed her of the specific time we asked for she again reiterated her 12noon statement. And to top it off the price quoted was incorrect & the uhaul system wasn't working properly causing her to have to call the uhaul customer contact center. This took up more time. Just was an overall poor experience.
