went to drop off and they were supposed to be open but they were not. a guy on the property was bbqing and said jus to leave it park next to the others. i did. a month later i get a email saying the trailer has not been returned. called the location and they said they would look into it and call me back. never did get a call back but i did get a receipt emailed to me

Because I was charged a $25 cleaning fee I was very disappointed. Owner said there was pet hair that had to be cleaned. We don't even own a pet Owner was not at location had to put key in drop box that was nailed to a tree. Uhaul has forever lost my business. Hope the $25 was worth it!!

The issue was more the quality of the equipment than your representative who helped me (he was very nice and helpful) or the location where I picked it up. The trailer was old, the brakes did not work and it leaked water during my haul.

No one was there when we dropped off the rental. The location is in a very rundown section of Thomasville and I felt concerned for the safety of myself and my wife.

I was supposed to get a 20 foot truck they had a 26 foot truck too big for my use they charge me for 2days I only had one only had a refrigerator dolly got charged for blankets that I didn't get got charge for a other dolly didn't get got charge for with four wheel dolly I didn't get The worst moving rental experience I've ever had I would like to get some money back I'm super Unhappy
