The truck was ready when I got there. Easy online registration. Very polite employees at office.
Dan M.The folks who sponsor this location (Ideal Homes) are WONDERFUL, very helpful, and kind. The mobile check-in service offered through U-HAUL is AWFUL, the server glitchy and a terrible user experience in general. Do not recommend mobile check in AT ALL. The location where these vans are stored is at best unsecured and at worse dangerous. It was not recommended I leave my car there while I moved. The truck I rented had no gasoline since it had been siphoned off by local residents after the previous user filled it to 1/4 tank. The trucks do not have locked gas tanks- a huge oversight given the repeated nature of this occurrence, according to Ideal Homes. I returned the truck with more gas than I received it and no reimbursement was made. U-HAUL- do better.
