Charged me for things I didn't have and charged me for driving back but wouldn't let me have it for a one way.

Audra H.We had to jumpstart the vehicle just to get it to the drop off location. We didn't put gas in it because we didn't want to jumpstart it twice. Then you app malfunctioned at check in. It would not let us passed the third screen. So we likely got charged for gas and from the drop off location to do the check in the next day.
