RICHARD R.Where I dropped the unit off at they was friendly people the environment was clean they just was upholding your agreement which is not fair to a customer that paid over. So the people at the location they uphold you agreement but it was not satisfactory to myself you agreement I met but I paid over and I had to leave it like that so I'm not satisfied and neither was a balance or Fair I need you to really think about that and take in consideration of a customer who paid over balance it out with the fees over in the mileage that way you both are balanced that's all I'm asking think about it it's fair.
