LAURA SThere was NO ONE there, the building was locked up and a for sale sign in front, not much room in front to pull a 26' truck... Not a good location for a U-Haul station. I finally had to call the 800 number for assistance and the customer service rep who helped me was terrific!! I believe there should be someone who goes to all U-Haul stores to check for cleanliness, personnel training, adequate truck parking space, etc. These two locations on this particular rental were extremely disappointing and not at all what I expect when renting from your company.
