If you call and been assigned to bring your truck to a location they should communicate with consumer support up on drop off and not tell you they full and can't expect your truck and send you all over trying to return your truck with proper gas and miles.. If someone rents a UHaul from a specific location that is for a reason. I reserved a truck at the State Line store, where I had to wait longer than I should, only to find out I cannot get the truck I reserved. This was because it was scheduled to be rented on Saturday morning. How about they give me the truck I requested and find another one for the person coming after me. The customer in front of me was provided excellent service, and he didn't even have a reservation but the staff went out of their way to try and find him a rental. It was actually the craziest thing I have ever seen. I thought you had some kind of guarantee reservation process. Get it together UHaul.Charles O.
Make sure your employees put stickers on the trucks cuz wen I went up there there was a lot of marks and I did not even get enough stickers to put on the truck and I thank its time for upgrading on new trucks that was the worst truck I have ever rented fromMARK S.
I would have to say no based on prior experiences with UHaul at other locations. Attendant at this location was newer at processing rentals and she even made the statement that she was to me and another customer. Truck only has 1/8 tank of gas which is the least amount of seen in my prior rentals from UHAUL.clay A.
First drop off location that I was assigned apparently isn't a uhaul location anymore. Know how I found that out??? I called the drop off location and an absurdly rude person answered the phone and told me 10 times that he is no longer a uhaul location when all I needed was a little help on what I needed to do now. I figured it out. That was the first problem. Second problem, the new drop off location was supposed to be done via the phone or app and I didn't know that. That was an absolute mess. Took over an hour to get it done. Was on hold with uhaul for 25 minutes. Brutal. Third problem is I disputed my final receipt and sent an email to the email I was supposed to send it to. It's been a week and I've got ZERO response. I don't think uhaul cares because they got my money. They have zero interest in trying to make it right. It blows my mind that there are companies that function like this and are still open. I won't use uhaul again because of this experience. The no response to my concern is the icing on the cake. What's funny is below this comment box I'm typing all this in there is a â€œif you need a response from us click hereâ€. What's the point if you won't respond anyway?Brian B.

When a customer rent your equipment in one state you should stay in that state for pickup. Or let it be the customer's choice to stay with your company. I didn't appreciate having to pay the higher taxes in Arkansas, which changed my pricing tremendously. And the location was 15 to 20 miles from where I lived. Bubba Green was only a mile and in Texas the location choice. The location was great for someone in Arkansas.Cheryl S.

This location did not have the truck outside the gate waiting for pickup. The key was not inside the box indicated on the pick up instructions. Waited over an 1 hour and a half when my original pickup time was 8AM. I left the lot close to 10AM. Good help is hard to find. I suggest new employees at this location. Will not use this location or Uhaul again. I also order a dolly and it was suppose to be inside the truck. It wasn't.Cynthia B.

When I receive the truck it was on empty. I didn't know how much I would need since I was going to Dodderidge. I put $75 dollars in gas to fill it up. After going to Dodderidge loading than going to storage it was still on full when I dropped it off. Morgan the manager gave me an 800 nbr to call to get my money back. The truck should not have been on E while picking it up. Morgan explained that whoever checked them him lied regarding gas and who knows what else. My experience with Morgan and Brock were outstanding. Great selection in employees.Laouida B.

I rented a 6 X 9 trailer which did not have a jack on the tongue. I had to disconnect the trailer on Two occasions to adjust my hitch and had to use the jack in my truck. All trailers should have a jack installed to assist with this.James C.

I reserved a truck from one location. They called to see if I can move my reservation up 30 minutes. Absolutely, no problem. But then they moved my reservation to another location without telling me. So I go to the second location (after calling to confirm my first location reservation)....they have no trucks. So I'm off to my THIRD location- and already an hour behind schedule. I get to the third location and there is no reservation in the system so they have to redo all my information. Truck is beat up and dirty inside. Gas gauge was said to be on 5/8 tank. When I started it up, the meter was touching the 1/2 tank mark. I was already behind schedule so I left it alone. I'm sure there are other moving trucks I can rent for the rest of my move. Very disappointed!
