When reserving the equipment, I select a pickup and drop-off location online. When I go to actually pick up the trailer, I have to choose a drop-off location again with the person making the rental. Why?

Customer service due to the guy there wasn't very helpful,impolite and very unprofessional but the material there is very nice but not clean.The guy was very arrogant and not helpful at all the customer service was very very very great,really excellent with that i give the service a 10 star rating.

Pick up process was a mess. We were called and advised to pick it up the night before after hours to avoid the heavy traffic at the store the next day. A video was sent to us to show us how to pick up after hours and get the key. When we got there, we followed the instructions of the video but it didn't work, and we didn't even see a key box (although there may have been one), because we couldn't even get that far in the process. We were about to just go home and come back the next day during business hours, when suddenly one of the workers came out to help us, which kind of shocked us because we didn't think anyone was there. He was nice and helped check in our reservation, but then things got messy. First, I had ordered a dozen pads online, but they didn't have any. Second, I had ordered 2 furniture dollys online, but he claimed there was only 1 on my order. Later (the next day) I checked my contract and sure enough I was supposed to have 2. Third, he tried to pull our truck out of the lot and got it stuck on a curb, so then he gave us a different truck and said it would be ok and he would fix it all in the morning. In the end everything turned out alright I guess, but I'm pretty sure I paid for pads and a furniture dolly that I never got. Like I said, the check in process was not great. From the online check in not working, to the guy not giving us the right equipment that we signed up for. It was just a very weird experience that I'm pretty sure is not what U-Haul expects for their customers.

I will not use uhaul ever again. Charged me 22.00 because vehicle was a hair under 3/8 of a tank of gas.

Windshield wipers did not work, I could not get all moving completed because of this, when I returned truck and mentioned it, the lady said , oh yeah, they dont work, never worked for me?? Very dangerous to be on road in heavy rain without wipers! Not very responsible location or uhaul.

The best service and the nicest people. We were fortunate to find Conor and his family. My husband and I were passing through and had trouble with one of our cars. They helped locate a car dolly and we were back on the road within the hour.

The site chosen for rental truck pick up was fine. But I had nothing but problems with U-Haulâ€™s website and customer service. It took forever to receive the text and e-mail confirmations - so much so that I opted not to trust the system and complete the transaction in person. In doing so, the associate even had a hard time getting the quote on her screen to match what customer service was charging me. It took forever, and I was on the clock for loading/ unloading - so I agreed to the non itemized contract. I found out afterwards that the website advertised per mile rate was much less than what I was charged. And all the area manager could muster in response was â€œweekend rates are higherâ€. Callous indifference is what I received from U-Haul, so they will never get another penny from me. Penske may cost more, but they I bet their customer service wonâ€™t be as piss poor as U-Haulâ€™s.

Small inventory of equipment on hand but they had what I needed. Lady was nice and friendly and although I had to hitch and then un-hitch the trailer myself, I had no problems.

The left brake light was out on the dolly. I was saved by having brought my own tow lights. Towing that dolly without a car sounded like a dumpster tumbling down a concrete road. Something on that thing needs to be padded or somehow secured to reduce the noise.
