Great location. They went above and beyond to help us with the disaster that the pickup location had made. It really wasn't even their issue to fix but they did everything they could to make it right.

JACOB LMy experience with the guy at the location was great. The dolly itself on the other hand was terrible. It checked out ok at but for some reason it bounced and shock like crazy the whole time I used it. Low speed was the worst. I'm guessing the tires had broke belts or flat spots. However, it served it's purpose so I made due.
WILLIAM BWhile the location was fine and the Uhaul representative was good, when we arrived no one had been notified that we were coming, so we had to call. The representative came as soon as he could, which unfortunately delayed our trip. We had requested 12 moving pads, there were none there. We had to go out and buy moving pads, which again delayed our trip and cost us additional money. At one point we called the U-haul scheduling number, that representative was not helpful, adding to our frustration. On our way to our destination, we passed the original location we requested for the U-haul truck pickup. That lot was full of many trucks the size we had requested. It made us wonder why they sent us to a different location than the one was had requested in the first place.
