We picked up our trailer on a Sunday morning. There were only two people working which was clearly not enough. They were great. They were working hard, trying their best to help everyone, and were very apologetic, but clearly needed help. The wait was long and that is my only real complaint.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul personnell. The staff members were extremely unfriendly and not helpful when I was returning the equipment. Furthermore, even though I returned the equipment in perfectly good condition and I cleaned the truck thoroughly, the staff fraudulently charged me nearly $1,000 in bogus damage and clean-up fees. I will dispute this charge immediately. If UHaul fails to cooperate, I will sue to recover this amount plus the costs of doing so.

I've rented from this location many times before and am typically very happy with it. Overall, this rental was not a bad experience, but I was very frustrated yesterday. The cup holder had some gross, sticky substance in it which we did not realize until after I left the facility and got it all over my coffee cup. I was intending to let the check in attendant know, but when we got there at 7:15PM there was no one on site. Then the app made it really difficult to communicate what had happened and tried charging me a cleaning fee because I had indicated the truck wasn't clean; forcing me to go back and say that it was clean, which wasn't the case, to avoid the fee. Additionally, I wish the person renting the truck to us would have warned us that no one would be onsite when we returned it and we would have to do all the work ourselves. I didn't have my phone with me even, luckily my boyfriend did, or I would not have been able to check the vehicle in at all. We also were tired after a long day of moving in 100+ degree weather, so all the time to take to check the vehicle in ourselves was very frustrating.

The email copy of my statement showed a zero balance (as I expected), but did not show the amount paid in. I would have liked to have that as well on the emailed statement.

Returned van approx 35 minutes after due, and was charged almost $90 for an 'extra day' outrageous and highway robbery. I have since emptied my storage unit at the same location and will never do business again. Just poor way to treat a customer who has always been loyal to uhaul.
