The truck was dirty the U-Haul person did not walk the truck before I drove off. The truck had 109,000 miles this should have never been rented for a long drive. The air stop working when the gear shifted. The steering wheel was so sticky no matter how many times I wiped it off. Never renting from that location again.

Be sure to record the customer information the first time. I had one person on the phone and a different person when I got to the store and the store person couldn't find any information I gave the first person.

Both times I rented a truck within a few days the fuel gauge was lower than the contract stated. I am not happy about this tactic to get just a little more money out of the customer.

My only issue with renting from uhaul was, I was originally supposed to drop off at a different location. But when I called back later to inquire about my free month of storage, the operator changed my drop off without telling me. So I wasted time running around.

I rented a trailer for two days, technically had the trailer for 31 hours in my possession but I was billed for three days because I brought back the trailer 3 hours later than my verbal commitment. This billing practice is highly questionable as the rep quoted me 24 hours rental periods and not once mentioned that if I don't bring back the trailer within our verbal commitment that would supersedes our contractual agreement and I would be charged for another 24 hour rental. That is shady in my book.

I rented a pick up truck from this location. I was totally impressed with the gentleman that helped me out. His name was Ernest (with a french last name) he was AWESOME!! There were some computer problems but this man knew exactly what to do and he apologized over and over. He went out of his way and pulled the truck up for me. Explai ed a few things and I was set. Ernest is 1 in a million. Upon my return I was graced with the General Manager. He just like Ernest AWESOME!!! He made me feel so welcome. Took the time to explain the bill and charges. And they were very busy. But I can see why. The customer service given at this location is like no other. Thanks guys. I will only rent through these guys. The are great!!

I had to wait 30 minutes to check out the equipment. The website would not let me decline insurance. I am insured through my own auto insurance. By the time I determined that the insurance could be declined at the counter, I was late to meet people and just let it go. It cost me $14 I didn't need to spend.

understaffed for the early morning, busy pick up time. Additionally, the truck I was given had "1/4 tank" per the form, however it was just under 1/4 tank. With the policy of charging a 30$ fee, if it's returned under 1/4 tank, I think this is unacceptable. Seems like the location/company is trying to over charge customers in this situation.

We had problems getting the equipment that I ordered and was confirmed. After playing phone tag and having to upgrade (at no extra fee-luckily) to a larger vehicle, I was able to pick up my truck and leave at the time I had originally requested.

The van I was given was not clean, had been smoked in, had 2 big dents in the bumper. I cleaned the dash with lysol wipes to help get rid of the smell. When I took the van back, no one came out to get the information from me. I walked into the office and handed the keys to the person behind the desk. Advised him that I was unhappy with the service, I have had better service and vans in the past. To provide better service, make sure the vans are clean and in good condition. Prompt service upon returning a van would help.
