I used the self service. Someone forgot to update the computer with the lock combination code for me to get the keys so lucky a worker got there early and was able to give us the correct combination code to get the keys



My reservation and online precheckin was in the system but it could not be processed. I had to wait an extended period once I arrived for the Manager to delete my reservation and manually reenter me as a walkin customer.

Reservation online was easy, and was made late the night before pickup. The store was open early as noted on the web page and the pickup was quick. Drop off was also quick. Altogether a good experience.



Service was very fast and friendly. Very efficient.



I got great recommendations about what equipment to rent and which rates would be preferable. The van was clean and well maintained. And everybody at the location was friendly and happy to help. I could not have asked for a better experience and customer service than this location provided.

You need to pay more. A GM for 35k? Tried to rent storage too but your system was down on the first of the month.



Have more than one worker available. The manager was working by himself with numerous customers coming to rent or return a u-haul.



You can do your job.... Gas was not at half tank gas and the odometer reading was incorrect. Good thing I snapped a pic of the dash before driving off the lot. I have been to many uhauls and this one needs some work.

So I did online check in but still had to do all of it in the store, waste of time



The manager of this location really went above and beyond to make sure that we were set with everything we needed and that our rental went smoothly for us. Two truck rentals and one pod rental and everything was easy for us. I would recommend this location to anyone and would also like to point out what a great addition he is to your company. -Parker

The workers at this lication were extremely uprofessional and distracted. It took me a little close to two hours to get everything I needed and get out of the uhaul facility, meanwhile 3 other individuals came in and our of the store before me.

Acknowledge the customer when they let you know something went wrong with the truck and hoped they would take that into consideration for the amount of money I paid for renting your items.

While the staff was top notch I found the final bill extremely high, I had to keep the moving longer and I paid over $200.00 and I had it 5 days beyond and took it back with 3/4 tank of gas, they want to charge me an additional $439.00 the rate is $29.95 a day, which doesn't come close to over $400.00 even with the 1/4 tank of gas. This charge is outrage .

U-Haul switched our pick up to 24th & McDowell. Their 5x8 trailers were not up to handling a 1200 miles trip. Very discouraging and wasted a lot of our time. They need to check their equipment before taking any reservations. When I booked the reservation back in July, I picked the location at 905 E. University Dr. in Tempe. Why I was switched, I'll never know. No one bothered to call and let me know why I was being switched. Another disappointment. Luckily the Apache location had what we ordered, but the whole process was disappointing. I'll think twice before using U-Haul again. I know no one will care, but I do. You're only as good as your employees. The folks at the Apache location were awesome to work with. I'll give you that much credit. Please, Please, Please, have equipment checked "prior" to pick up. Moving is stressful for your patrons and bad equipment is not acceptable.

Get people at the location that don't forward phones to call centers. This location and mco is ridiculous. Hope Joe Shoen gets to read this and fix the problems.
