This place was confusing and a mess. The Uhaul customer service said that it was open. it was not open on Sunday and they said it was. The gate happen to be open when I arrived. however, it closed and I was locked in until someone else arrived. I was not happy about the experience.
Not good at all would like a refund on mileage and no dolly. Worse service ever. I use your for yrs. Plz Help.
We are in the middle of a global pandemic and the employee was not waring a mask. Unacceptable! No hand sanitizer in the office for him or guest. On top of all of that he rude, condescending and did not keep 6 feet distance. Overall I would tell everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs.

Your online checking process is garbage as well as your app. App crashes, dosent allow advancement when taking photos and does allow you to pre check in or keep a record on file so you don't have to do the verification process every time.
Practice covid 19 precautions. The location is difficult to get to.
No social distancing of customers and no masks by other customers or staff member. No signs of truck being sanitized

Fixing the online application for pickup/dropoff. It did not work even when logging in with the attached email.
Everything went perfectly! Check in and pick up was fast and easy. The cargo van is always what I rent and it was in perfect condition and the a/c rocked! We dropped off after hours and that process on the app was so easy and uploading the photos gives peace of mind that you stay on the same page. We will continue with Uhaul every time because I can count on them for consistency.
I had a reservation with UHaul yesterday and it ended very badly. We went through a 3rd party renter, University Self Storage. When I went to pick up the truck, the front desk person informed us to leave the truck parked outside of the gate since it would be after office hours. I pull up to return the truck at 8:00pm and there are already two other UHauls parked outside of the gate, which left us nowhere to park ours. There was a person exiting the storage facility so we were able to pull the truck inside to safely return it. However, since we were never given a gate code and were left with no other options for parking, the driver (Daniel) ended up getting stuck inside the storage facility. At this time, I called UHaul for customer service. Since this is a third party dealer, they had no access to a gate code to let him out. The customer service rep tried to call the area president, as well as the area manager, both of which did not answer the phone. We also tried to call the University Self Storage office, but again there was no answer and we left a voicemail (we still have yet to hear back from them). This third party does not list an after hours number, or emergency number. Unfortunately there was nothing else the Uhaul rep could do for us. The driver was stuck inside the facility for over half an hour, in 100 degree heat with no help from anyone. Luckily the driver was not exiting in a vehicle and was in good enough physical shape to climb the 12' gate. This is absolutely unacceptable for a renter to deal with and we should not have resorted to jumping the gate in the first place. I understand that this was not a corporate UHaul location and resources were limited, but there should be some kind of emergency line or protocol in place for these types of situations. We have tried to contact the 3rd party dealer with no success. A gate code should have been provided in case of an emergency. I will not be renting from a 3rd party dealer going forward. I look forward to seeing how UHaul will be handling this problem.
Van smelled like fast food, it was good for what we needed.
The man who operates this location was extremely rude and upon return of the truck he said he would be with us in a moment & then proceeded to ignore us even after he was done helping another customer. Furthermore, there is no indication of where one should park which is majorly inconvenient. And I called in a panic because we were hit by a dust storm and I couldn't return the truck when originally intended but he never got back to me â€” Luckily your national customer service line is super helpful!
Great location and price! We enjoyed the friendly and helpful customer service, too. Overall, a very good experience.
The person who I met with was profesional, but not friendly. While the truck was 'clean', it still seemed like it could use a wash with soap and a brush, not just water. The truck ran and drove great. However, the tier pressure was way off from one tire to another (front right vs front left).
Place is Very run down.
The picking of time frame to use the equipment was unclear to me. I choose 6 hours, but it was never clear to me if the price will increase (and how much) if I've chosen more than that to move my stuff (the website is pretty clear in the, say 19,90 rate plus 0.75 for mile, but is unclear on the time frame just mentioned). I asked the office manager if it was possible to extend that time frame a bit more cause I have realized it will take me more that previously estimated, and he told me that was absolutely imposible, without even presenting me any more options. Otherwise the cars are very useful and easy to operate.
Location was a little sketchy but pretty easy process reserved online picked up in no time returned vehicle immediately received a confirmation of returned vehicle smooth process
