We had moving blankets on our order and they were not at this location. We had to drive to another location to get them. Because it was a Saturday we had to wait in line for over 25 minutes for our turn. Very inconvenient and annoying especially when we did our reservation on line and ahead of time.

Cab area had a smell of animal urine and glass looked as if something was growing on the inside of them. Couldn't use the a/c due to the increased animal smell. Had to buy an air freshener and spray and Benadryl because of allergies.

I needed the vehicle for more then 24 hours and that wasn't an option. I tired other locations and they all limited to 24 hours, Pleae add more options.

The drop off location said online that it was open 24 hours, however when we got there it was closed & had a different phone # than on the paperwork. No answer at either #. No recording with instructions. I called 1800 Uhaul # & was told to leave it in the drop off area & take pictures. Two days later (we dropped it on a Saturday night and Monday was a holiday), they apparently called me, however did not leave a voicemail. I tried the # back, again no answer, no ability to leave a voicemail. I emailed Uhaul who told me my ticket was still open. I tried the other # for the drop off place and finally someone answered. He said he called me yesterday. I said he didnt leave a voicemail. He said, "nevermind. " No, its not "nevermind." You can't solve problems without voicemails and without answering your phone. I was not impressed. I like Uhaul but dropping this off was a big pain. Also we reserved online and estimated our pickup time but were coming from Utah, a 30+ hour drive. So we weren't exact. Uhaul emailed that they pushed the time back an hour but then when I called I was on hold for more than 30 mins and then the call was disconnected . I logged into my account online and confirmed pick up but wanted to adjust time. It said that the trailer we reserved at that location was no longer available so I had to start all over and re book at a different location, not being familiar with the area. Then the guy from the 1st location called to see where we were! Come on now. Who's organizing this? It seemed no one knew.

truck had a lot of play in the wheel which made it hard to keep on the road. Passenger side seat belt locked up all the time. Windshield was so dirty I had to take it to a gas station Had blisters on my fingers from trying to keep the steering wheel straight and keep truck on the road

Had to use their online checkout, which was a huge pain. They charged me for the dolly even though I didn't use it. I sent an email to the email they told me to, no response 4 days later, they charged me the full amount and still have a second pending charge. Also I drive 14 miles and somehow the 30$ rental is costing me 83 dollars!?

Tire light was on said it had a low tire but when I said something they said don't worry about it. I have been an ASE mechanic for 35 years they put warning light in cars and trucks for a reason If there is a light they should take it off the road and fix it not rent it out for some one to get hurt . I think they should pay for my rental of the truck.!!!!

I rented from this location to have my drivers go cross country and was surprised to find out I was charged for something that was never offered to me or the drivers. The amount charged did not match the amount promised! As if that weren’t enough,The attendant was rude and said they were closed when their hours went for another 20 minutes. The employee had a “ don’t care “ attitude.

At first the guys attitude was not polite but he got me what I needed, and gave me instructions what I needed to do without being over charged. After using the truck upon returning the one guy told me that my recipes would be emailed to me. Then asked me if I wanted a hard copy of the receipt. When I said yes he told me, “ oh well you’ll have to wait a long time we are really busy.” Just when he was standing at the counter. He could of told me that my email will be sent to me instead of asking me. I rather use a different U-Haul place better than this one. Everyone there seems so pussed off not enough friendliness I would say.
