The guy there didn't asked me if I need insurance or not. They charged me $14 for insurance. I filled the tank, but charged me $7 for gas. I was robbed.

Drop lot small. Called the place to ask for their schedules, but person said to drop it in the rear of building. Had to manuslly open a gate to access the drop lot.

I decline the insurance overtime I rent. This is the second time I have been billed for insurance and getting credited has necessitated multiple calls. I also added $42.00/12.56 gal. of gas to the tank and left the receipt for the manager, restoring the gauge to where it was when I first rented. 2.3 extra gallons were added after the fact and I was charged $12.08. Not nice, not right.

I return U haul in after hours, there was no proper sign of u haul where to park and how to put keys, i just have to throw key into floor, normally they has proper place to put keys, it was so easy for some one to take key so its very unsafe to return. i wish i can make complain about 6928 Reseda Blvd Reseda CA, the person was such a ridiculous, he is like we have our business U-haul we just do it on side we don't get money to pay for keeping trucks and keep on going, i don't know what happen to him and u-haul which i can not bare bare that and i have to go to another Uhaul location.

I was overcharged for some “coverage” that was never disclosed. I’ve been trying to reach the location - calling for weeks and leaving countless of voicemails. Nobody answers, no call backs. Disgraceful customer service!

Nothing needs to be done at this premises. Stephan at U-Haul was very courteous and professional. I enjoyed renting from him. Now guys hurry up and go and rent from this location. You will not regret. This place is always busy. Thank you, Stephan.

I arrived at 11:00 for a 10:00 am appointment and they were giving my reservation away. I am charged an additional $50.00 to my $63.22 bill and am unable to get anyone to call me back after a week of trying and the charge remains unknown and unresolved 1 week later. Needless to say I am an unhappy customer.

This is the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had! To start off I've been on hold trying to get ahold of someone at Uhaul for 20+ minutes now. This location didn't have the equipment I paid for, which is unacceptable, and on top of that they made me go to another location to pick up the equipment AND I had to pay for it twice. I was late moving because of it. The guy who gave me the rental never checked the vehicle with me or the gas and didn't let me know I needed to take pictures or that I could view it online. Then once I finally got into the Uhaul it was disgusting on the inside and out. I was moving with my girlfriend who is allergic to dogs, and the entire inside was covered in dog hair causing her to have an allergic reaction. Finally when I dropped it off the guy didn't do a walk through of the vehicle with me again, took for ever and couldn't get his printer to work so it took even longer. Not to mention the fact that the location was terrible and dirty and the employee was not that friendly. I hope I hear back from someone soon to help me resolve this matter.

Terrible customer service, they weren’t ever in the office and impossible to get a hold of. On top of that, they charged my card numerous times with a bunch of hidden fees including a $50 cleaning fee??

I made my reservation online and selected to go into the location to pick up the keys. Hence your reservation system didn’t send me the link to check out online. When I arrived the location was closed with a post it note on door with a phone number. When I called the number, the person who answered said “check out online, it what people do” and then hung up on me! It took me over an hour to get someone to change my reservation so the link could be emailed to me so I can check out online. This location MUST have their franchise revoked!!!
