Pick up Location and time was changed the NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE. While I was given a discount I had to ask for for the inconvenience, the pick and drop off locations were not a great experience at all. On pick up the gentleman was courteous but it was in a gas station and the process took far longer than it should have shaving time off my movers. On drop off the man was curt, didn’t communiwothnjanas he stayed at his computer screen, and proceeded to tell us that therebwaoiid be. $25 charge because the front had a cup in it. Very unpleasant took about 45 minutes just to drop Off. (In fairness, the drop off location the Internet was down but very poor customer service there.( the lady was lovely.) I’m usually very satisfied with uhaul but certainly not this time around.

Do not use this location. I entered all of the required information beforehand yet spent 50 minutes here trying to pick up the truck!! And then the order was not correct - no furniture pads, so I had to stop at another location to get those. Also, the gas indicated on the contract was wrong, claimed that there was more than there was. A very bad experience.

Pick up of the truck itself was very pooly managed. Person in charge refused initially to release the truck as he literally could not put the credit card information in the system.Then I was told I could not pick up the truck as the site had "lost" the device for reading the actual credit cards. After about 20min someone actually found it and I was then able to process through the otherwise second denial of the day.A few minutes later I was told by the same person that no reservation was noted in the system, inspite of me having called in for confirmation 24hrs before of the actual reservation. I had at one point to help the clerk navigate the data entry part of the pick up process in the computer otherwise I would have not been able to process the reservation . The process that should have taken a few minutes prolonged itself to close to an hour. . Regardless, for my next move ill be using a different site/company as at least 80% of all the delays and problems I had that day could have been easily prevented.
