My father rented a truck from this location on October 16 they associated this rental with my prior information and emailed me the receipt and the contract. when I called to explain., the person that answered the phone was rude and said he must've given my information. which he did not . Your trucks are never clean i took pictures and they dont care they smell and you book online and you still wait even though you go thru all this inconvenience he still charged me eight dollars for the gas even though i brought truck back in 2hours charged for whole day no incentive thats how they roll no one smiles there except the new lady i had stopped for long time renting there cause of dirty trucks customer service and nothings changed

The truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and funk. The gas line was incorrect. The service airbag started on. Just not using this location again. When I told the woman of my issues, she was like, I can give you a $6.00 credit. Terrible

Checking in to pick up my truck when I had my reservation was a nightmare and it didn’t work online so I had to wait in line for over 30 mins!! Also dropping off the truck one no was outside to get the keys so once again I had to go inside

The above location was a secondary location. When we place and get a confirmation it would be great if the item we are looking to rent is not available we have someone call or email us and let us know. We wasted almost an hour because we went to the confirmed location and they didn't have our equipment. We also made the reservations about three (3) days in advance too.

Was double charged, almost 3 weeks have passed and have not seen the refund back. Tried calling my store, and they said my bank made a mistake. I’m completely sure a bank, which is a financial establishment would not make an error on a double charge. Just wish they would stick by there words.



the hitch installation that i order was above the average time set for the installation. I scheduled the installation to be at 1300 then call later to adjust it to 1230. But I only left this location around 1545. it took the manager 3 hours or more for a job that was projected for one and half hours. all because the manager does not trust the rest of her team-mate to do their job. she had to be everywhere. ( whenever a new customer came in, she stop what she was doing on my car to help the new customer.) initially I had to wait thirty minutes before my car was brought in for the installation. There is got to be a better way to lead.

I enjoy the friendly agent she was great and she smile even doe she was and it was at the end of the day time to close but she kept a smile we/I event joke that she will soon be able to get to her steak and cheese cake which only made her smile more OK.



Please have someone knowledgeable and have them go over the process as I no one went over the process with me and I was double charged and I have called and left messages and I have yet to hear back from anyone and this is over 30 days now

The uhaul that was rented to me had roaches in the front part of the truck (where the driver drives, not the actual back where you put your belongings). I did mention it to the customer service representative. Thank you.

Try not to charge somebody $140 to use a truck for one day for an old broken down truck with no a/c. Maybe increase the mileage so I don’t end up paying even more for using the broken down truck longer then you want me to. Oh unless there is a significant coupon I will use Penske the next time I rent. Which will be a minimum of twice a year.
