It was located in a convenience store. The U-Haul rep went over the bill with me to make sure it was correct before printing it out.

He did not allow me to pay cash when I returned the rental. I told him that I was told when I made the reservation that I could pay cash when returning the vechile and he said he does not take cash only card. I stated I would call uhaul and discuss it with them he said no and charged the card.

Well I did drop off the truck with 1/8 less fuel than agreed upon and was willing to pay for refueling . But the station charged me 30.00 service to get the fuel plus 22.00 fuel ? The service charge ? Not a huge fan of that .

Young African American lady wasn't professional at all. She first asked for my name for the reservation, once I gave it to her she couldn't find my reservation .. So I asked if she could look it up by reservation number and she rudely insisted that on my name there was no reservation, pointing it out 3 times. Finally she found my reservation and she accused me of giving her my first name instead of my last name, at that point I almost walked out of the store because nobody should ever treat a customer like that.

They didn't provide the equipment ordered. When called for refund, they said I was at fault because I didn't ask for it. Then asked what I wanted from them which I responded my money from the service not provided. He said he would not refund the money. I had to call customer service to get a refund which was done asap. In addition. they did not inspect uhaul before leaving his gas station; simply handed keys to me by a young lady selling cigarettes behind the counter of their gas station.

First time renting a trailer. Reservation online automatically selected somewhere that it was an in-town rental, even when I stated the return address in a different city. Told the person whom I rented from that I will be returning the trailer in Gainesville FL, not Tampa. Returned the trailer in Gainesville, got charged an extra $91 because the trailer was supposed to be returned in Tampa, even though I had NO idea. Contract was never printed for me to see, the man couldn’t speak English and said it was all taken care of. Called customer service, wasted an hour of my time speaking to people who could not help me resolve this, later on to be told by the 12th person I spoke to that this will not be resolved as it stated on the contract that this was an in-town rental. A contract that I did not see, and that was emailed to me AFTER I had already rented the trailer. Extremely disappointed with U-Haul that this was now made the customer’s problem

First off, I didn’t choose that location. I have an email that confirms the location that I picked and then a text that told me this one. When I called they told me this one was on file which was very inconvenient. Then i asked them will I need to pay in full when I pick it up because I would like to prepare before going in. They said no just a small deposit you pay at your final destination. False. I get there and I’m being charged $800. This experience has made me not want to use uhaul again.

The contract I received was not MINE ! I had a reservation for it for Saturday 10/13 On 10/10 someone else NOT ME picked up the usual using MY CONTRACT and the store attempted to charge MY CARD for it ! I did not authorize this

They did not assist me to put the trailer on the car. When I brought the trailer back to the same location the employee told me I could not drop it off there. I informed her that I rented it from them and planned on returning it to them and they said that was fine. She told me to take it to another location despite it already being unhooked from my vehicle. She proceeded to tell me that she could not enter into the data system now to return the trailer for me. I had to call back several times to confirm my return to not get charged an extra day. It was very inconvenient.

I was never given a contract to sign before leaving. The gas tank was at 3/4 of a tank and I went 16 miles. Before returning, I put over 2 gallons of gas in the tank to get it back to 3/4. These vehicles get 10 miles to the gallon. I was charged an additional $24 for gas even though I cleared the mileage and gas levels with the attendant. I also have an additional charge of $23 pending for something I'm not even aware of. Definitely would not recommend this location.

My experience with this location was very stressful. When I arrived expecting to pick up my enclosed trailer, I was told to wait 20min for the representative to arrive. I waited for 25min and called the number provided. I was Immediately told he did not have any units available. I informed the rep that I received an email stating my unit was in fact available and ready to be picked up at that loctation. The rep than changed his mind and said he needed to check his computer. After waiting 10min I went inside the store to talk to the clerk, who is also the uhaul rep. I was motioned to come behind the desk and fill out paper work. The rep was very confused and ill informed about the process. The trailer had empty plastic water bottles set on it, the trailer filthy on the outside.

The extremely rude foreign worker at this location refused to disconnect the trailer saying that "You need to disconnect it. I don't know how to do it." and just walked away. I'll be using other truck/trailer rental companies in the future.

Not to good here. I called ahead of time to ensure that I could drop off the rented equipment within a certain time frame as I reserved online. However, the person that answered the phone told me that they do take auto-tranports at that location and told me to go elsewhere. I was not prepared to elsewhere so I called the U-Haul 1-800 number for assistance. I was told that I could in fact drop the equipment off at that location. When I got there the attendant was very short and actually asked me why I called corporate on him. I explained that I called to find out why I could not do as I had reserved online. Needless to say I dropped the equipment off as I reserved, but could have done without the exchanged words at that location. I will NEVER go there again!

When I went to pick up the trailer at 4:30pm. I had to not only wait 30 minuets to be helped because the clerk chose to help every customer that came in after me buying his convenience store snacks. When I was finally helped I had to use his computer and fill out the information from start to finish. Including when selecting the trailer. I selected AV 5053 not even really knowing what exactly I was doing. By the time I was able to leave it was 5:30pm. I had to go to the side of his store, dog out the trailer, connect the trailer, and then go inside and see if I can leave. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION !!!!

The man said I would have a drop off fee and I told him no. I prepaid and would not pay anything else. The location was dirty and not safe. I would not recommend this location
