Very nice and made the checkout extremely easy
Couldn't really tell about the cleanliness part since the employee had me stay in my vehicle while he unhooked and checked over the car dolly, but he was super nice
Tell uhaul to do what the customer asked I told them at the time of reservation that I needed a dolly and they didn't put it in the truck so my son wouldn't go back to get the dolly so I had to go all the way back to get it and I was really upset
The time should be at 15 minutes or less. To pick u-haul truck was frustrating. I had to wait two hours long waiting for a response.
The customer service representative at the location was excellent. He was helpful and personable. The only issue I see, is how this location is set up. The trailers are close to the street and it is hard for a car to get in and out of it. Besides that, it is great!
They were having issues with the credit card and wifi to access reservations in the system related to a bad storm that went through. I don't think the extra time it too was their fault.
This location is always disorganized and behind schedule. It always takes at least an hour to get our truck either because they were not ready for us, or the person working doesn't have any clue about the uhaul part of their business.
Make sure you do a complete d maintenance check
They sent me to another location like they didn't want the truck back.
Service was great.
I suggest that it is posted outsides day mentioned during check in that you can do online check out, we dropped the truck off the same evening of the rental and came back Sunday morning to turn in the key, because we were unaware of the check out process, and I loved the online check out process
When I picked up the trailer, rep told me I didn't have the right sized ball and needed a 2" ball. Suggested I go get one at Advance Auto or other auto store. Took his word. Turns out my ball was 2". When I returned rep told me it wasn't the same ball he looked at. He was wrong but still courteous and I went on my way.
The service was actually great. The person who assisted me with picking up and dropping off was very pleasant. However, the final charge was double the amount quoted, there was no final invoice explaining why and I have been unable to reach someone for an explanation. I will NOT recommend and will NOT use U-Haul again.
I would not use this company again because they are dishonest. I was supposed to receive a refund of 100.00 and they never returned it to me. I am very surprised that a company of this status could steal 100.00 from a single mother during these times when people have lost their income and need money to buy food for their family. It is a shame of how dishonest people have become.
I said "not clean", but it was overall, however, there was still bed parts left in the truck, which is why I cannot say it was completely clean.
The lot is too small, I was tripping over trailers trying to turn my keys in. The staff was VERY helpful and took there time to walk me through my questions. I think I'm spoiled costomer service wise

The wait time was extensive and we had to go to another location to fill up tires on the truck. Totally get that this kind of stuff happens, but then we had to wait for almost an hour at the next location. It was quite inconvenient and both places seemed overwhelmingly busy and understaffed. We also had to pay for this mileage since we ended up going over due to us having to drive all over town before our trip even started. Also, while it is understandable because of the temperature, I was disappointed there was no mask wearing among staff. They sanitized the truck before we got in it which was super appreciated, but of course that measure of health is undone as soon as someone with a mask is in the space.
The agent was rude and very belligerent. Made us wait outside in 95 degree weather. We had an appointment but she did not care. My first and most likely last time using u haul.

I was told my overall total when I returned the uhaul one price 34.94 I was rushed to return uhaul to someone needed to move out of town.. I picked it up 9:15 and returned very early 11:45.. I replace $10.00 of gas And still were charged $59.00 I ask for a break of why the total was more than agreement.. so no the service was a big rip off.
Have this location answer the phone or call customers back. I booked my vehicle at a location 2 miles from my house but since that location had only local trucks in my size I had to go to this location. When I received the email that my pick up location had moved I called the new location and the person said I need to call the next day to confirm he had a truck. So I started calling at 830am opening time, and after 3 calls over an hour I finally got ahold of the same man from the day before. I had left a message that was never returned. When I did speak with him he said he had plenty of my size truck. So why did I have to call back? I signed in online and when I arrived a younger black man enter the store and I opened the door to say I was there to pick up keys, and was told to close the door read the sign on the door. The sign was to call the store. I had already called that store 4 times with only one answer. As I was dialing the young man came out with a computer and I told him I had already signed in online. He said he had to get more information. He verified information and asked for two more contacts that I gave him. He then had to move a couple trucks to get the one I was renting out. I told the first guy I would be on my way way in a few minutes. This should of been done before my arrival if customer service was important to this store.
Service was poor in that there was no clear signage on the need to call them from outside the building instead of going in. Also even though I took the time to pre-pay online and upload a picture of my license and register in advance, I had to do that ALL again and they asked me for my credit card information again and charged me a random 76 cents additional amount to my card after I had already paid in full online.
I was charged over $40 more than indicated on my receipt. The truck did not have a full tank of gas. Mobile check is not any faster than a regular check in. I had to upload my DL pictures twice, the day before the rental and when I picked up the truck and wait for approval. I'm not sure why that isn't done when I first send my DL 24-48 hours in advance.
