Worst experience I have ever had when moving. Costed me nothing but time and personal gas. Original scheduled pickup time was 10:00 a.m. then it was changed to 11:00 a.m. two different location they rented out my reserved unit then sent to a closed location from there was sent back to my original pick up destination 96th and Pacific. When everything was said and done I ended up With a U-Haul after being sent to snap storage where the the lady there was new to U-Haul took care of getting my truck rented After 1:30 P.m which basically put me 3 hours behind schedule which caused some of my help to have to leave. Basically it was a total headache and a pain in my butt. Will never use U-Haul again.

I made my reservation for a Renton pickup two weeks before I needed to move. Two nights before the move, I was called and told there were no trucks at that Renton location that fit my need. They apologized and I ended up having to have someone else pick up the truck at this Tacoma location, drive it up to Renton, load everything, then drive it back down. I was told I would be reimbursed for the extra mileage. The truck had a crack in the windshield and broken glass in the back, my brother and dad both cut themselves on the broken glass. I was then charged for the full amount, no reimbursement given for the mileage. I've called customer support and it's still outstanding, they have no record of the promised reimbursed mileage. Long story short, if you want a reservation to actually mean something is reserved ahead of time for you, don't use this location. If you don't want to bleed on your items from broken glass in the back of the truck, don't use this location. And if you want them to honor their word on reducing costs, don't use this location.

Bobby LI was charged for equipment I didn't get or was not available onsite. I also didn't want or need the safe trip coverage as my insurance covered me. The best part was I needed to put more gas in the vehicle than what I got in the first place. The store reps couldnt have been nice though.
