The website shouldn't have given this as an option. They were closed today and the owner had to come from out of town to open up! The app that I was supposed to do everything through kept saying I was at the wrong location, even though I was sitting right infront of the truck. Do better U-HAUL.

Difficult to find. Signage is poor. Office area is small and not very clean. Area lacks professionalism. Convenient location.

Tyler LThe location was great. I didn’t know that the equipment was inoperable until I had a car loaded on it. The ratchet on the passenger side was broke. I called customer support and they wanted to send road side assistance but at that point I had no time to wait. It was a complete waste of time and money.
