I was very impressed. The Uhaul app took care of most of the info gathering and payment, and after a few pictures to ID yourself, show up to location pickup was routine, check for any damage, confirm everything, and pick up keys. Even the return was simple. I refueled to the contract meter amount, swept the deck clean, used a leaf blower to dust cargo area. All cleaned, returned truck. Finished up the return on app, confirm odometer and fuel, by taking pics, and returned key to store lady. Very easy process. Will use Uhaul again for future projects. Thanks!

Rude owner. Know consideration or customer service skills and wanted to charge additional 25 for cleaning fee. Some sand spilled in the back. Could be broomed off but did not communicate with me until I asked why the extra charge. It’s not like the van is spot clean.i would not recommend this place to anybody and I don’t normally write a review.

The place I picked up the truck was a pizza/mini grocery store. They only had a couple of signs that said you could pick up a u-haul truck.

I cancelled my reservation for the tow dolly one day prior to picking up the truck. I was supposed to pickup the tow dolly at another location, but was charged for it anyway. When I questioned the charge, the clerk said he couldn't d anything about the charge but would "make a call" to get it fixed. Four days have elapsed, and I have heard nothing from UHaul, nor has the charge been credited to my card. Not happy about this....

I was not happy with the express check-in or having to completely redo my booking at the pick up. It would be helpful if you changed your booking procedures it was a waste of my time to do express check-in and then have to redo it when I got there.

This is the second of my awful experiences with Uhaul over the space of one move. We ordered a Uhaul from them and during the course of the move realized we wanted to extend the reservation. I called the location and asked if this is possible and said I didn’t want the insurance past the first day. The young man on the phone assured me this was possible and that the only increase in charge (besides mileage which was variable and I acknowledged as understanding that fluctuating cost) stated that the total bill. I asked him to repeat it 3 times, with my husband in the car next to me. Each time he said that my price would come to 198. I asked him if there were any other daily charges besides the truck. He said no, that the truck and mileage were all that would be affected. I asked one more time, and, again he calculated the cost for me and quoted me 198. A few days later, my husband drops off the truck (we ended up keeping it an extra day, so there was an additional day charge for the truck which we understood and had no problem with). However, the location included the daily insurance charge which increased the price by roughly 80 bucks. I called the next day and explained that this was much higher than we had been quoted, that we had specifically asked for there not to be insurance, and that we wanted the price we were quoted (plus the extra day). She said that she didn’t think the man would have done this and she’d need to get back to me. I asked to speak to the young man as the conversation was quite long so I was sure he would remember me. She said no, that she needed to talk to the Uhaul rep and would get back to me. A week later, nothing. I called halfway through the week and asked for an updated and was told that the Uhaul representative hadn’t gotten back to her. I’m sick of waiting, as a customer who has exclusively used your business for many years, I deserve better than to be ignored, mistrusted, and cheated. We will never be using Uhaul again, and warning be telling our friends and family to do the same.

its a small minimart, it's not advertised as uhaul on the outside. The person that checked me out seemed like he was young and just doing it for a paycheck and didn't care about his job.

The location wasn't the problem. The whole reserving online was the issue. Also not getting the email with my final price never came. I had to call the location to get the final price I was charged. It has been a few days since my move and I still don't have a receipt for my rental. I was unable to access my account that I had to make in order to make my reservation. I did receive an email telling me that the reservation was received but when I needed my final receipt suddenly my email was not accurate. I will NEVER use your online services again and if renting from you continues to be a problem I will take my business to your competitors.
