I filled up 20 Gallons, as I was supposed to, but was still charged a gas fee. Location was dirty and smelled like Marijuana. Did not feel safe there.

Bruce S.No clear communication on where truck was parked, worker couldn't find the key to the truck I was renting and left me standing at the counter while waiting on his entire line of convenience store patrons all while explaining nothing to me and just leaving me standing there confused waiting for U-Haul keys. U-Haul had no gas, U-Haul was dirty and has not been maintained by the business.
