I called to check fir a better mileage rate. I was on hold for over 50 minutes and when I asked, they checked what vehicle I was renting and got a resounding NO. No deals for this vehicle and hung up. Was not happy with customer service.Kelvin L.

Truck had some bad leaks, was a rainy day and could only use 3/4 of the truck. Furniture still got wet and Had to mop out the whole truck before using. Terrible experience.Shawn Y.

I paid to rent a furniture dolly and there was none provided for me. Besides this, I showed up early, as requested to check in, and the vehicle I was supposed to rent was blocked in. I clicked through the alternate options and none were on site. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. The person in charge was friendly but wasn't overly helpful. Some confusion on my part when I booked on-line. I erroneously believed that the form "Your Shopping Cart" was my contract. When I reported to the pick-up location (The UPS Store), there was no record of my booking, and didn't have an Auto Transport. Bill the manager courteously called around to other outlets and found one with a trailor which he booked for me. All turned out well.Paul V.

I had a 26 footer & was going to drop off 50$ for gas I went 22 Kim's that was more than enough. However your system was charging me 190.00 for charges for not putting gas in it. The gas pumps were full & no where to park such a huge rig. You guys should take that into account . Paul's customer service was great.ROBIN M.
Hire a polite, professional sales person. This man was outright rude, He grunted and barked each time He spoke. He complained when asked the difference in price between bringing it back there at the end of the day or dropping it off at our destination. I chose to pay much more to drop it off at our destination and not see him again!!!! NEVER AGAINGLORIA C.
Customer service was terrible, not enough gas in tank, transmission issues. Need experienced people for your pick-up locations. Trucks need to be better maintained. Not a great experience during a stressful time to begin with.julie S.
