The agent never mentioned that I would be receiving an online registration/pickup or return notification that I needed to fill out. I was only asked to text her a photo of the odometer and fuel level readings before and after the rental. Consequently, I do not expect to be charged the $20 next day “convenience feeâ€.

Sandeep G.The pickup process was not good. Pickup time was 10:00 am. No one was there and the door was locked. The phone numbers provided continuously responded with messages saying they were "unavailable". At about 10:35 a person arrived who was apparently related to the Uhaul representative and phoned them at home. That person called me back and explained how to access the truck. I left the pick up location an hour late. The truck only had a quarter tank of fuel and had a broken windshield and a broken driver's side mirror. Ensure you do the online pickup process. This should not be "recommended", but essential! Once you get over the pick up issues, everything else was ok.
