When we went to drop off the truck at out 7 am time the store was closed until 9am. We tried to the website uhaul.com/share and my phone could not pick up the server for the drop off. Spent almost an hour getting in touch with customer service and ended up with a nice customer service rep named Amanda that did document that we were there at 7 am so we wouldn't get charged. It was stressful when it shouldn't have been. Would have been nice if we would have been told the store hours for drop off.

When the store opened there was only one rep and a long line of people. The first customer took a very very long time.

When finished with a customer and another is waiting, acknowledge them and set expectations i.e. I'll be available in about 3 minutes as I finish up (most likely due to exceptional service provided to the last customer. Another agent will help you, I will be on break after serving this customer.

The reason I rated them so low is that when I called this location to confirm my rental the woman that answered the phone said to me can I put you on a brief hold? I said yes and I waited . 35 minutes later she got back to me and said that she was really busy with customers, that did not cut it. i

The Uhaul had the SRS light on during the whole trip and the attendant that checked in the vehicle did not seem to make note of it and I would hope it would be fixed before the next customer.

Only one clerk at desk and there were many people waiting. Took over twenty minutes to check in. Truck had 108,00 miles on it . Steering was loose, shocks were bad,smelled like smoke in the cab. The door got stuck in the up position. I rent about once a month, this was the first time I was disappointed in the truck and service.

The only issue I can think of is the Uhaul policy (not the dealer) of putting a spare dolly in the box of the truck like a booze bottle in an "Honor Bar". If you break the seal on the bracket holding the dolly in you get charged. Well, I didn't need that dolly but it was taking up space that I PAID FOR. I had to load around it and believe it or not had to leave a couple of things behind because of it. I didn't know it was there until I arrived at my move location. Other than that everything went well.

The only problem was when I hooked up my trailer the brake lights wouldn't work. I stopped by the U-Haul where I picked it up and the U-Haul tech troubleshot the lights and discovered a blown fuse. All in all it was a very positive experience. The gas mileage was excellent approx. 12 miles to the gallon. Great trucks.

An employee by the name of Lorenzo was the unbelievably rude and aggressive with the equipment and my personal truck. He never greeted me. Was looking at his phone and texting while instructing me to check the lights on my truck/trailer. He never looked up from phone while I was lighting up the brakes. While unhooking the lights from my truck, he rippeed the cord out with force and left my cord dangling. Then lifted the trailer off my hitch he picked up and dropped it to the ground aggressively and purposefully as if he was angry. Could’ve caused damage to my hitch and the trailer hitch. He threw his hands up in anger and said You’re done now and walked away to next customer. His behavior was aggressive and angry. With no provocation from me. My only commitment was to ask him his name when he was finished and to tell him he had extremely bad customer service. He trew a thumbs up and walked away. I will be following up with a GM. I have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer.

The staff was very professional at both locations and especially appreciate the young man that helped me out at Surprise location, I think his name is Brandon! He was effecient, understanding , and very friendly. I will continue to use that location because of him.
