The owner could pay more attention to his customers instead of lolly-gagging with the female employees. It was unprofessional to make us customers wait on him to stop goofing around to help us, wait time is important to customers. Otherwise, above average for appearance and equipment.

Staff was not friendly, helpful, or accommodating. Had long wait time to get rental truck. Truck was in very poor shape. Frustrating I have to keep driving long distances to get a rental truck (living in Syracuse and have to rent in Sunset, when there are rentals throughout Syracuse).

I made the reservation online. Everything was supposed to be ready to go. Keys in a lock box, ready to drive off. They made me go through the entire rental process again although I had done it all online to save time. Very disappointed.

Nathen W took my reservation, When scheduling I was asked if it'd take more then 4 hours of time, I said no, I was then told that I had to return by 5:30 pm. that if I didn't return on time that i'd be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes over.(20.00 per hr,) In store, I was being helped and for some reason the transaction was handed over to Christian W., before I walked out the door, the LAST THING I requested was a hand truck. I was told no problem, it'll be in there. No, that was not even bothered to be checked. It is not my job to make sure an associate follows through with their word. I didn't find out until I'd reached my destination and emptied half my garage. I called, was told, from Halie O, Don't worry, if you don't use it, it will not be charged. I had to very strongly reinform her that it was not in the truck and of course not only would I not be charged BUT I'd also hope not be questioned as to it's whereabouts. I also questioned the time that I was to return as this caused problems in the amount of time it would take to complete loading the truck. She told me I could go pick it up, I guess she didn't hear me say that all my stuff was pulled out of the garage. This agent continued the pretense that I'd be charged for additional time, telling me that she will mark it for an hour longer with no charge. Also I had to ask for a supervisor to get a FAKE resolution. Not only did I NOT get to speak with said supervisor, She said here, I will give you an additional hour for free, I will give you a discount because my supervisor approved it. I received an email while on the phone with her giving a discount on the next order, which I promptly asked about. She LIED TO ME, telling me no worries, my supervisor has processed that promotional code to your current reservation. After another hour, crying and frustrated with this entire experience someone reminded me that Uhaul's time is per day, not constrained within a time window.I was so stressed about the time that i'd completely forgotten ALL of my previous experiences with Uhaul. I called and spoke with Elaine S, Who was amazing and immeadiately settled all of my stresses, telling me that Uhaul would absolutely NOT be charging for this by the hour, I am able to keep it for up to 24 hours and she was noting the order of just that. I was finally taken care of, I felt better. Only to be very upset just a few short hours later. I went to return the truck, I was unable to receive a code for after hours return instruction. Here I go again. I call and after being transferred to speak with Navarro S, Who interrupted me, told me, again after being transferred to him for this assistance, "I am unable to help you, you need to go to our web site." I informed him that I was confused, as I was transferred to him for this assistance from him. That not only am I confused, I did go to the site, but he interrupted me and is unaware of the reason I am calling! Only then did Navarro attempt to assist me and beca

We were given a truck with no air conditioning. It is pretty clear that it was not inspected beforehand. Driving from Utah to Arizona in the middle of August was miserable. The lady I spoke with on the phone to try and get the AC fixed was very nice and helpful, however we were told that getting the AC fixed would delay our trip by 30+ hours.
