I got incredible service from the reps on site. The two employees had me in and out within 5-10 minutes because one helped me with the contract and another with the tow hookup. They knew who I was by name as I rolled up to uHaul and my rental was right in front. Literally I don’t know how they could be faster or more efficient. I have recently taken rental equipment and it charged me for two days, whereas I took it only for one day. This is not at all expected. Very fustrating. Now they have created case and told that someone will give me a call after 3-4 days to discuss this matter. I am not at all happy with this business.

Nothing was wrong with the truck, staff, or location, but using the mobile website was an incredible pain. On our first attempt to login our order could not be found, resulting finally in having to cancel the reservation and make a new one on top of it. Returning after hours was also tedious and not at all straightforward; The website never gave us the option to return our truck and include pictures to finish the order, the main menu would close itself when we tried to scroll to the bottom, and clicking on "order details" redirected us back to the dashboard. All in all a very irritating experience, especially after spending ~8 hours moving. For reference, we tried using the website with an iPhone 6+ and a Samsung 7 Edge.

Wash the truck before giving to customers, and get different employees! They were awful!!!! Would not go to this location ever again!



Don't try and scam them out of an extra $40 like you did to me. I reserved a truck for a 1:30 pick up, arrived at 1:30, but couldn't leave until after 2pm due to the line. I returned the truck a few minutes after 5:30, but got charged for an extra 4 hours. This was later reversed, but still shady.

The out of town/ one-way Uhaul rental is quite a disappointing system. Uhaul cannot tell the client where or when to pickup the vehicle until one day prior, even though I scheduled a vehicle 19 days prior. I could not tell the movers when to be at my home, because I could not nail down a time. Finding out the schedule from Uhaul last minute left me options of no movers, or last minute really expensive movers, or movers sitting around doing nothing while getting paid and waiting for the truck. Additionally, the truck was not available at the location I scheduled. It required extra logistics (time to acquire the vehicle, time incidentally where the paid movers were sitting around) and extra out of pocket expenses for Uber to get me to the new pick up location 20+ miles away from the original. Uhaul did not compensate me for either. When I arrived at about 9:30 a.m. for my pick up at 10:00 a.m., I was told my 15' truck had not yet been returned and that I would have to wait until 10:00. There were 5 other 15' trucks on location but none of them are available for one-way contracts. The individual who was to return the vehicle did not show at 10:00 a.m. I was forced to wait for the vehicle or contact the scheduling department and see what else was available where ever that might be (likely not at the location I was at). That client eventually returned the vehicle around 10:20-10:30. All of these delays affected my move. I would like to be clear that the Uhaul location tried to be accommodating. They called the late client at 10:00 a.m. and they offered me an extra dolly at no charge for my troubles. The Uhaul scheduling department on the other hand was a colossal disappointment. They never called me to schedule a time or place for pick-up, I had to call them. No supervisor was on call for me to speak with. When I asked to have a supervisor call me, they said they would have someone call me. No one ever did. They were rude and unhelpful. They could not get the vehicle to my scheduled pick-up location, they could not shuttle me to the new pick-up location, they could not compensate me for my time or logistics, they did not care that I had paid movers sitting around, and they had no one who could do anything or call me about any of this. In closing, the location was friendly and helpful. The over the phone scheduling department was quite the contrary. My suggestion would be open up in-town trucks for out-of-town destinations when needed, or increase Uhaul's out-of-town truck fleet, or help the client to solve problems caused by Uhaul's scheduling process instead of merely wiping their hands of the situation and saying it's not my problem. Location rating: Above average Over-the-phone scheduling department: Poor I am conflicted, while I acknowledge the location's efforts to make a wrong situation right, the over-the-phone scheduling department has left my overall feeling to use Uhaul ever again as questionable.



One person tried to complete my rental transaction 3 times before giving up. The other person then completed the transaction.
