This location was fine, but my overall experience with U-Haul pickup was terrible. I mean, really bad.
Friendly efficient staff. Have rented at this location multiple times and the staff has been great each time. Easy, quick returns. I order online to save time at counter. I appreciate the time savings and checkout process on the phone and being able to document any vehicle issues. Staff gives useful advice on packing materials and tips. Good selection of materials in the store.
Tire failure had significant impacts to planned move. Over 4 hrs lost productivity with tire failure and waiting for service. Tires looked ok so may have been from road debris, but since it was the rear tire of the pair, that seems odd. Getting a response for confirmed service from U-Haul roadside service took several attempts and hours.
The van I rented needed a car wash Windows needed cleaning
I was only 8 min late and they charge me 21dollars
Customers should be able to leave their car in the lot to make it easier on them instead of leaving their car on the street. It's not an issue of space because there is more than enough parking space. That's it. Excellent and easy experience.
The staff was so helpful at the location, I was hiring a u-haul for the first time and it was brilliant experience start to finish

Free punch and pie! But seriously, if we show up early for a pickup, could you let us know you're going to charge an extra day? We picked up at 4 instead of 5, and got an extra day charge. We could have easily waited until 5, we were early because we were ahead of schedule, and sometimes there is a long wait at pickup, so we got there ahead of time so as not to run past closing hours.
I noticed that only one employee was working over there both times I went there; and if there are more than one customer, it tends to take a while longer to be attended. It is such a big location, it should have more than one staff working.

Hi, I have been renting your trailers, every 6 to 8 months for approximately 10 years or more. You're staff is great at every branch. BUT, 100% of the time I visit to pick up a pre-reserved trailer...your staff is ALWAYS experiencing the same problem â€œOur computer system is very slow currently.â€ Every time I visit...for years...your staff at any branch I visit is the same. And I am visiting during the â€œoff hoursâ€: â€œthe computer system is slowâ€. I am a database software technician...your software/database system needs an upgrade. If you fix that...I will gladly refer you to anyone and everyone. When I enter a U-Haul branch to pick up my pre-reserved trailer...i walk out if there are more than 3 other people in line because I know it will be at least an hour wait because your â€œcomputer system is slowâ€. So I waste my time on multiple trips to a u-haul branch. Please upgrade your database and/or software. If its not that...upgrade the broadband to your branches. Thanks! Patrick Tremo 650 656 5786
Charged me for 2 extra days even though I returned it the same day. Poor service. Ive overpaid and havent been able to get a refund even though I have called uhaul twice.
The mobile pickup process is supposed to be fast. It took longer than getting it through the counter.
I ordered some equipment: a dolly, furniture pads, etc. I only realized they weren't included once I got to the house I needed to use them at. I had to call for a refund.
Truck Key fob is very hard to use. No grip on the key fob makes it impossible to crank turn on the engine.
Staff is busy, yet friendly and helpful. I've used this location at least 4 times in the last year.
It was not the location that was the problem. It was that I could not call them directly. It was that the uhaul customer service was slow and that I was forced to do the job of the employee by scanning my own license, doing the damage report myself and then FORCED to use a TERRIBLE website to return the truck that didn't work. Also the check engine light was on when I got the truck. The location got 3/5. Uhaul got 0/5. Your customer service has declined greatly in the last couple years. But you wont ask how uhaul did overall because you know how bad it is. Instead you try to pin it on the poor people running the franchise that don't have control over your bad service. Will be looking for alternatives next time

Professional and efficient
The no contact sign in process was slow to me. A little warning that it takes awhile would have been appreciated. Otherwise, not a bad experience. Easy to get in and out of location and when I did need in person help the gentleman working was very helpful and friendly.
