We left our house keys attached to the van key, came by the next day to retrieve and they didn't even bother to set aside. They also could have called us when they checked in the van we used. Sure, it's our fault, but going the extra mile is what makes good customer service.

Two problems : 1. The truck's side mirror kept dropping towards the ground. So I had no blind spot visibility the entire day I had the truck. Which is dangerous. 2. The uhaul app kept hanging and would not go through all the steps for early pick up. I ended up getting the truck at 9:30AM instead of 8:30AM.

I paid for a one trip in uhaul 26 ft and was assured that I would receive a truck that was fully maintained and functional. The air conditioner did not blow cold air and even when used to circulate the extremely hot air from the day it caused the truck to shudder until it was turned off. It has been excruciatingly hot with temps in 90-100s and to drive long distance with a truck that does not have functioning air conditioning is a very big disappointment from uhaul. My understanding for not granting me my preferred location was so that I would get a truck that was fully functional, which didn't even happen.

I dropped off my truck two days prior to my drop off date and they never closed my contract. I got a call at work from a very panicked employee asking if I had "any intention of returning my truck today". I told him that I'd returned it two days prior. He told me to hold and came back to the phone and said in the rudest shortest manner possible "We have your truck" and hung up. THEN WHY DID YOU CALL?!

Made a reservation online. Was called the day before letting me know the truck would need to be returned to the original location. My reservation was to drop off in my new city. Caused more stress and time that I was expecting. Better if I was called earlier in the week. Why don't you just fill the gas all the way up and have customers make sure it's filled up upon returning. I had 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up. Pretty dumb.

These guys rob you on plain day light. I did an after hour drop off. They charged me 10 dollars extra. Afterwards the location avoids all contact, gives lame excuses like they are not present at the location when you call them. Mistakes can happen while recording the milaege, but the way the way this location avoids your calls afterwards. I think they are trying to rob their customers in a systematic manner.

The truck had a speed governor and it topped off at 75 mpg but the speed through Nevada and Utah was 80 and I couldn't even keep up with traffic. We specified where we were headed so that kind of sucked. Doors were hard to shut - had to slam them shut. Truck had no cruise control - we've rented from Penske (though it was a bigger truck) that truck had cruise control. Truck averaged 14 mpg (I don't know if that is good.) In cab light was loosed so it rattled the whole trip. There is hardly any parking at this location to park to pick up truck.
