Clean the cab, it had a smell. I was questioned about the dirty cab at the drop off, and watched them start cleaning it, including areas I did not notice, as I waited for the completed paper-work.

The U-Haul representative at this location did a good job & the truck ran well, but the truck was dirty from previous drivers & was parked near a recycling center that attracted homeless people.

the car i ordered the day before wasnt there and my driver had to go to another location to get it. And then, the dolly that I had paid for was not given to us, though it was charged. I've used uHaul lots of times but this time it became inconvenient.

The gentlemen working there were rude and I am glad my husband was with me. The man kept telling me to "sit down" so I could not see the computer and I was not comfortable with that. They also logged the mileage 5 miles under what it was actually at. I called customer service and they made note. Upon returning the vehicle we were told the Ü-Haul man was in lunch, yet then my rental would have been late. My husband walked to the back and the man was there. I explained I needed the 5 miles of credit and was told he would take care of it. He did not-I was billed and charged for the miles I did not drive the Ü-Haul. This facility does NOT do your company well and I will never tent from the Sunland location again.

We returned the truck to the location they wanted. But when we left the Foothill location he told us to drop it at any Oxnard location would be fine. When we picked up the truck it wasn't spotless, it has leaves and wasn't swept out. On the 13th I got a voicemail from Richard at Golden state saying that it was dirty and not enough gas. The truck wasn't dirty at all and I filled the gas back to where it was. Over the years we have used Uhaul on several occasions with no issues, as well as a family members. After this experience we WONT be using you again.

The truck wasn't at the location it was supposed to be at (even from the call I received the day before). No one had called to tell me it had changed. The new location was 15 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was headed, and they didn't know that I was coming to get the truck. They didn't have the dolly I had reserved at all, and it took probably 40 minutes to rent the truck ( I kept having to wait for gas station customers), and for them to find the blankets. The gas tank was only half-full, and the windows were dirty. In general, I didn't feel completely safe at the location, and to top it off, the truck was parked in a place that was hard to maneuver out of, with a propane tank directly behind it, and another gas tank to the left of it. On the other end, dropping the truck off was great. The guy at Postal Annex was super nice and helpful, and even stayed a few minutes after the store closed to allow us to fill the tank and return the truck.

The representative was mean and careless. he had a huge attitude problem and i was suppose to get my truck at 8 and did not get it until after 9:00. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Two thumbs down.

Faster paper works or something. Its a gas station with harsh attitude employees with strong accent and grumpy tone. When I walked in and told them that I came for the appointment of Uhaul pick up at 9 a.m. no one said anything kind of ignored me after 3 times of asking in an awkward atmosphere one of the two employees finally half shouted - I'm working on it! ... well u could have told me that and I wouldn't be asking the same shit 3 times! and rest of it was the same. No explanation of anything but the gas. Mileage insurance no nothing and told me to sign... what the heck?

System was down for the rental, so I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for the rental and return. The people at this location were not pleasant, parking for returning the vehicle was non-exisistant. I will never rent from uhaul again after this experience.

The guy who waited on me was a sweetheart but renting a Uhaul from a gas station? I had to wait every time a customer walked in the door so it took a lot longer than it should have to get the truck...especially since it was 20 miles away from the location I originally reserved.

Gentleman was not understandable. There is what look s like a recycling operation going on in the rear of the building. I line of homeless people was waiting and the representative told me to park the truck right in the middle of the chaos. I had a message asking if I could drop off at a location other than the one I chose that was in walking distance from my house. I agreed. I had no one to pick me up so I kept that truck and ran some errands until my wife and children returned from our summer trip. The person said she would credit me miles fro the inconvenience. So did the gentleman at the drop off location. Then i get a call from someone asking me "what cho problem with the miles on the truck?" I informed her there was no problem. That our business was done. Then I get an email saying I owe 54 dollars for milage overs. You figure out what to do for your next customer because they are the first in a short line of your final customers if you treat all your patrons this way.

The location was very tight & difficult to manuever in & out of. This was not a huge deal though. The part that I was very dissatisfied with was that when I got to the location at the specified time on my reservation, I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I felt I shouldve been contacted so I didnt have to drive all the way over there. Common courtesy!!!

Truck was not clean and parked in a spot that was difficult to get out of. Having a reservation ahead of time, it would have been nice to have the truck brought out and ready to go. Gas tank was .25 full, forces one to put gas in even before moving is completed.

The drop off location was horrific!! the staff was rude and not helpfull. They made us top off the truck even after the fuel pump had stoped or they would not take back the truck. i believe they do this to get more money from me at there gas station. completly unprofessional and rude!! When I called UHAUL to get a new drop off location I was transfered to a few diffrent representatives and no one seemed to want to help me. I was very dissatisfied with my expierence with UHAUL and the Moble station where I droped off the truck. I will never use Uhaul again for any of my moving needs.

This was the worst uhaul experience i have ever had. Uhaul was supposed to call me a day before to confirm my appointment and they never did. I called the sunland location and the guy was very rude and told me I would be able to pick up my truck at 9 am. I called in the morning to confirm the truck was there and he told me the earliest I could pick it up was at 10am. He did not know how to enter the info. in the computer and I had to talk to corporate to charge my cc, wasting another hour. Then when I went to drop off the uhaul at the costa mesa location there was a long line and only two people working. This was a horrible experience.
