Hire more people like Ricky an Kevin they were very professional an knowledge about there job I rate the personal 100 but the computer at the location didn't work properly took over 45 minutes to get rental but couldn't rent a ball joint 2inch from location , your computer didn't work so your Supervisor Customers Service which her name is La Donna in Phoenix Arizona was unprofessional an rude in tell me in no insert term that I should had a 2inchball joint for the carrier that I was renting, but was not informed about for my first rental of auto carrier , this not the way a large Company as U haul should be represented an a customer's first rental I should had to go purchase a 2inch ball joint to continue my rental I feel as if that was bad enough I was quoted $104.00 was charged a $204.00 for rental not accepted!!!!!Please be responsible an return my money for rental an 2inch ball joint Auto Zone $32.00 (818)478-0376 please have Corporate to call been waiting for call Dec. 16, 2018 Thanks

truck was dirty. upon return the gentle charged for gas. It had almost full tank. I went 62 miles in truck and put in $30...; So unacceptable

I returned the trailer in at 10:30. Due ti the fact I checked it out at 10:31 in Grass Valley. Upon returning the trailer at 10:30 on the 24th well within my allotted 3 days. Kevin was busy helping a customer until 11:02. 32min I waited. Then he had a difficult time checking me in with is iphone app. I request that don't the late fee that you all think needs to be applied. How do I dispute this?

The employees I worked with at this location were very nice. And the supervisor was kind enough to let me park my car there over night while I rented a truck. However, my initial rental (requested for 2 days) was input as a 1-day rental, so I received calls asking why I hadn't returned the vehicle; once that was sorted, I was overcharged for my rental (3 days instead of 2). I tried to sort it out with the employee, and he said that he was simply charging what "the system" said he had to. I had to contact corporate customer service to fix it and get a refund. I'm concerned that the employees at this location may not have the training needed to provide accurate rental rates and fix errors with the computer pricing on their own. Again, they're nice guys. But I think it's important that they have all the tools they need to do their jobs as best they can.

Better customer service is needed at this location. I got double charged for an dolly appliance rental equipment that I’ve already purchased online. Also the U-Haul truck was half a tank, I refill the gas way pass the fuel level it was at before I got charged. I shouldn’t get charged for fuel.
