It was easy! People were very informative and there were no hidden fees or surprises when we returned the truck at our new location.

Really appreciate your representative there going out of her way to help me get my trailer checked in at a time when that location was normally not open. Excellent customer service!

I was not given instructions on how to load my car and I was charged $60 more than the advertised price. Also found out my car was not properly secured the entire time.

Direction on how to hook straps, I pulled up on ratchet after a few miles, took up slack. Didn't know that you had to push the Ratchet all the way down to keep it from coming loose. Next time I checked on was loose, Friendly man told me to push them all the way down. Then no more trouble. If I would of had a pamphlet I would not have that problem. Thanks. It did a good job, but for that. If I need one again I will rent from you. Bill
